If I were young again. Nice little apartment in a beautiful little town with amazing views! Thank you for showing us a good variety of homes and areas!
Nice , also this small "village " because i love Guardiagrele and it's near but i miss a little garden for my doggy and me . The houses on the egde off town with the free views. 100% super . Very special this one .
Hi Rino - for this property and the other small places you have shown us in Pennadpiedimonte I feel that they make most sense for someone looking to purchase properties for short term holiday lets as an investment. Spend a bit on essential modernisation and market them to holiday makers looking to explore the area. For someone looking to buy a holiday home just for themselves this property might be a bit of a challenge. People renting it for a week or two can hire a car to get around. If you owned it and wanted to spend longer periods of time there then car hire can get expensive. Apartments on the Spanish costas are often a simpler proposition - but I prefer Italy of course! Best regards
This apartment has good bones but to raise the standard of living quite a bit of renovation and installation of heating is required. Greetings from Australia.
Love your videos and honest assessment of the properties but my question is about living in Italy in general and in Abruzzo in particular; how is it living there AS AN ASIAN? As a foreigner who doesn't look like most locals in Abruzzo, in Italy? Hoping for your frank opinion BEFORE even considering buying and moving to Italy. Thank you in advance.
I love how it’s built into the rock.
Same!!!
Oh to be 5 years old again and have the stone cave area be my playroom... Thanks Rino!
Thanks for your honesty on the issues with this one (stairs, renovations, etc)! Lovely views and indeed looks very peaceful in that town.
This town, those views, that price... 😍 That could be quite the place! Thanks for sharing, Rino!
Another fascinating house. Right into the rock! All of these apartments in these towns have such magnificent views.

Great honest down to earth description ......Thank you Rino

A cute little holiday home with a little love would be great! Minus the stairs.

Did you say Oct 20? Not sure if you spliced an earlier intro but seems a long time to wait to post a house potentially recorded in October.?
Hi! Confirmed, it was filmed in October, I staked up some videos that day and didn't want to release the same town properties too close!
