Use sunscreen every 2 hrs and eat fleshy fruits and veggies along side green tea(VIP) scrubing face twice a week and increase water intake....use glycolic acid face wash and vitamin C toner and niacinamide serum 2-5%. I have started doing all this and it's really works....my skin gets tanned easily so sunscreen SPF 50++ is the one to use. PS :- moisturizer is also needed before applying sunscreen.
