Mixing irish cream with anything is heresy. It should be consumed as is, not even on ice. Only exception I can see is pouring it on vanilla ice cream. Be aware the Bailey's has cream in it. A lot of heavy cream. Not exactly for daily consumption if you are watching your weight. Also, Bailey's is crazy expensive everywhere else other than in Ireland. In some US states you may find Costco's own Kirkland brand at 1/3 of the price.
Maybe I'm used women lying to me when their like ow yeah I drink whiskey straight. That face screams she's not enjoying that. Maybe I'm wrong. But fruity/ sweet is the way to go. Like a Lynchburg beer.- honey whiskey, and a vanilla root beer mix.
