I know the grade of food is WAAAY better in Asian convenience stores than in US ones, but the idea of convenience store intestines makes me pause the same way gas station sushi does 😂
Yup, the convenience stores (whether they’re a global or local chain) in Asian (HK, Japan, SK, etc.) are so much better than in the states .

Hey Mike~Just wanted to let you know that Samyang is the brand that makes the noodles, but they actually make other ramyuns outside of the spicy noodles. The spicy noodles that they keep releasing new flavors of are actually called Buldak Bokgeummyun, which in literal translation means Fire Chicken Pan Fried Noodles, but Koreans call it Buldak for short. Also, the kimchi jjigae noodles were actually released in collaboration with a pretty famous pork Korean bbq restaurant in Seoul called Geumdwaeji Sikdang (Gold Pig), so you should check the place out next time you’re in Korea!
Whenever I go to our H-mart I'm always amazed at how many Buldak variations there are. I go about once a month and I stg there's at least 3 new ones each time we go 😂

@@sneakyninja05 I think it’s a CU own brand, so only sold in the convenience stores and I think it would be hard to buy online.

OMG one of the food that Mike picked from the store is from a Korean show called Top Star Fun Restaurant. I was so happy when he picked it to eat.

When I was in Korea, The Funniest thing I found was an ice cream sandwich that used regular sandwich bread. It was very literal and delicious
This used to be a common fare street hawkers sell in Indonesia too. Sooo good.
I actually do that at home sometimes. Butter bread, lightly dust with cinnamon sugar, and pan fry. Then top a slice with your favorite ice cream, and maybe some fruit or other toppings. It's good obviously, but I cut it into 3 or 4 pieces because it doesn't feel like something you should have a lot of at once🤣

Tip for Paris: If you want to try the hot chocolate of Angelinas and the line is extremely long. There is a cart outside in front of the store where they sell both hot and cold chocolate (get them both!), buy a croissant and walk across the street to Jardin des Tuileries. You can sit there for free and enjoy!!

Was literally just at Angelina 2 weeks ago! That hot chocolate was something else, like drinking a melted chocolate bar. Delicious, but definitely in moderation.
You have to try the peanut creme filled mini sandwiches. Those are the bomb with milk.
