    I had a guy fishing beside me for trout and was using corn off the Cobb and was catching so many fish. I was using rooster tails and caught nothing be blessed enjoyed your video

      North Fork Lures there are some lakes that for some reason do better with spinners here and mepps for some reason kill it up here!

    Beautiful place your at. I wish we had fish that I could use lures. I tried and didn't get one bite but as soon as used shrimp I caught fish and release tho cause it was to small. Thanks for sharing my friend I'm learning from all of you

    Mmm food!!! I use to want to make fishing flies... Is that what they're called. The little fluffy casting things. I had an obsession with making things with wire and thought it would be a good idea, long story short, I don't fish so the ones I made are at the bottom of a box somewhere!😅 This is almost ASMR fishing! 😁 You are awesome!!!!

      Mike Parker thanks! I just wanted to show people that are trying to get into it how easy it can be most lakes in Colorado that get stocked with trout people can catch some. I see a few people gave thumbs down because where I’m fishing but I literally did not put my location. Oh well.

      This is probably the single biggest reason why I enjoy mountain fishing. The lack of weeds to get stuck in. But the rock snagging replaces that haha. In any case it’s the scenery that truly does it for me. :)

      Try pinching/filing down the barbs of the hooks or just replace the treble hooks with single hooks so you could easily release them. Nice spot and views

    I saw the beginning view earlier so beautiful there man . Food than fishing lol num num num energy for the walk out ☺🤙 Snake (danger noodles) watch out for them indeed lol . Good info AJ . Sucks lost number 1😥 but number 2 looked pretty nice sized . Got a big fish or a log lol lol number 3 feisty guy ☺ had a extra hook u said ? Number 4 another smaller one self released it self lol what geuss like 9 or 10 trout by the end not a bad day fishing brother . God it's so gorgeous there

      KLG Maryland Fishing TV yea someone cut the line that previously caught it so it had the hook in the mouth and the line and loop coming out of the mouth and my lure caught on that.

    Great tutorial. I have never used one of those lures. They seem to catch them pretty well. You should do a head to head spoon vs spinner.

    A lot of places I've been in Colorado it's against regulation to fish of the rocks ?

      I think it may state to not fish off the dam or stay away from certain areas. This particular spot wasn’t a dam and also as long as you’re behind the sign you’re ok. Thanks for watching and commenting I appreciate it!

    Any lakes you would recommend in the Colorado mountains?

      Mt. Elbert Forebay, Twin Lakes and Turqouise. Basically any of the Lake County lakes are fun to fish especially for Lake Trout and Browns.

      Colorado Fisher hell yeah man gonna give those a try. Been killin it at places like aurora, chat field and Quincy with lures but need to get up in the mountains for sure

      Jose Moreno good to hear! I have been going Far East to Nebraska almost for the walleye, it’s been a good season so far. Definitely get up to the mountains the lake trout are shallow now.

      Thank you this was at about 9am on a somewhat cloudy day. the cloudy days can produce all day long. Fishing slows down around 10:30.

      Too Fat To Hunt Outdoors I have never had luck with dare devils and trout but I haven’t tried enough, but I have caught pike with them.
