Thanks for the video and all the explanations. I was keeping my paddle on the SUP while learning, just in case. It did help me couple of times to go back safely when there was offshore wind.

First and foremost, kudos to you for explaining how to do wing onpaddle board. It’s the most clear concise explanation I’ve ever heard. I will totally use my paddle board first. All these steps will help me concentrate on managing my kite at this time.
Most of all any videos you made in the past is very interesting just to listen to your French accent!! It adds to the likeness of video. Thanks again.

This is a great video. Thanks for explaining how to stand up from a kneeling position. This is often not explained well with much detail. You explained it the best so far. So, thank you!

I very recently picked up my first wing. I thought I'd try it with my largest windsurf board. To my surprise I was only able to go downwind. I wasn't aware of positioning your weight further aft. On my next session I will try the techniques you covered in this video. Thank you.
I'll be sure to check out your website. I might be interested in making a trip to FL for some wingfoil lessons. Would the weather conditions be better in October or March?

I have a SEAMAX 10'8 SUP Board. It does not have a center fin, but it has 3 fins on the stern (the back of the board). Would that be enough to keep me going in a straight line, if I were to buy just a wing?

Hi, I'm 5'7", 80kg & 69 yrs old. I've done some kiteboarding but no foiling/winging. I just bought a 2022 5m Cabrinha Crosswing X3 Wing to get started. Now I'm looking at inflatable boards
I have a small boat & live near a boat ramp. My thoughts are to get used to the wing possibly on the 180 liter Slingshot LTF V1, with its keel & twin fins included, then transition to a foil that I can practice on behind the boat. If that all works out I may then start looking at regular hard board.
    Thoughts & Recommendations??? Thanks!

This isn’t an end goal (that would be called Wing SUP). It is intended as a transitional skill building method. The school I am starting with teaches wing foiling in three stages. 1) Wake Foiling, learning to start and ride the foiling board, while being towed like a skier. 2) Wing SUP, practicing with the wing, on the larger, relatively more stable board, before combining the skills and 3) Wing Foiling.
