I’ve actually made the switch! The bad one they speak of...almost like a Ford and Chevy guy.....but I did it!.lBeen an e39, e34, e46, e31, e24, and so on BMW owner. I switched to the dark side!!! Ive now had W126’s and a C126 on AMGs, currently “daily” a W140, also have matching color C140 too...both on AMG monoblocks of course.
But recently I just bought my 1st W211, a rare two year only run of the e320 CDI! This thing is a beast man with close to 400 lb ft of torque! It does fly! And with a proper tune?..sh can easily “sleep” in the middle lane next to a Hurrcan!
Now I want an e55 BADLY! Seeing this video does it for me! Yes, this was the dark days of MBenz and stupid plastic stuff breaks all the time...thats what makes them fun and cheap to own and operate!

Today my E240 experienced an exhaust leak and it sounded exactly like that. Too bad dad had it fixed and now the car's back to being silent. Again.

@@ClippThat_ i drive an e320, and the v6 does indeed make a fucking great sound. im saving money to push my exhaust, and for 1-2k € you can absolutely make it sound like an 55 amg
@@doniiiix you can’t make it sound like a e55 because it’s not a v8, I had a e320 and now I have a clk500. Even with headers and a custom exhaust my clk won’t ever sound like a e55

What are your mods bro and also how is reliability looking into one myself but the only experience I have with Germans is my friend with a n54 335 and a e60 v10 m5 lol so not the best rep imo does it break the ball or is it actually reliable in other words is it just a reliable car period or a reliable car "for a German car" lol any input would help guys thank you!
