Though not explicitly shown in game, it does say "all worlds all dimensions" so it can be assumed the main world, and things like the dream depot form mario 2 and dream team would also be destroyed. His durability is also multiverse+ level as its stated he would have survived his destruction of the multiverse so that he may create the new multiverse in his own image. It's also stated that he can see thousands of years in the future

Ghost Shy Guy: Ghost Shy Guys are some of the only variants that have been visibly seen without their mask, having shiny eyes similar to other enemies in Luigi's Mansion. There's also the playable Shy Guy in Charged Football that has a mask capable of expressions and in the brief moment it drops you see he has no face.
