@@kandicealexander4448 That's exactly what I was thinking. Zero mention of it in the news, zero mention of the kid's full name, if it really happened why wouldn't they say who this kid was and link news articles to it? if the story about tom and the harbor was posted on reddit, i bet all the comments were telling that guy to check his apartment for carbon monoxide poisoning. it actually seems kind of likely in this situation if he and his gf live together.

Literally the third story made me say “what!?” Out loud in shock. It’d be insane to all be in a group and suddenly in the morning your friend is just gone because of something you all decided.
The story about the man identifying his missing friend sounds like it could be a case of folie a deux. Which is basically a shared psychosis between 2 or more people and especially common with close family members. My theory would be that he was interviewed by the detectives but the stress of the situation caused a temporary psychosis between him and his girlfriend where they kept feeding off of, and reaffirming each other about the situation, but learning of the CCTV footage caused them to snap out of it.

Calling for help and not knowing if anyone’s even around to hear you. *shivers* That and you hope the man from the second story was in shock and didn’t feel pain. Dang Lazy got some really good ones for this video.
As a father of two infants, and extremely paranoid by nature, I've run that particular scenario in my head many times, especially being a white man with obviously minority children, I know how easily the right person could pull that off. As an army man too I know I could easily overpower such a kidnapper. Not so likely, however, to overpower the mob of sympathizers converging on the scene. And I would never in the life of the Earth trust law enforcement to track down my child. So there's only one way a scenario like this will end; you attempt to snatch my child out of my arms, you will never get the chance to do it again.
I feel you, not many things frighten me but I could never imagine losing a child like that. Absolutely horrifying. Hope you and your two kids are doing well mate, they got a good dad looking after them for sure
What you do is, before the mob attacks you, grab hold of her hair and hold tight. Gouge out her eyes if you can. Make it so she _can't_ leave. I have become rather uninterested in Lets Read (as much as I love their intros) and Be Busta, as they just have far too many of the 'usually tiny, paranoid woman/girl who is sooo scared of some older and/or ugly man making sexual comments at her' stories. The whole 'LetsNotMeet' shite. Those and criptid stories just do not interest me at all. My favourites are cult stories, or true crime stories, or police, dispatchers, first responders, and doctors/nurses giving stories about what they have seen (as horrific as those realities are, it still good to know).

A bit late to the party, but such a "mysterious phonecall" story actually happened at the Eschede Train Accident in Germany. Directly after the crash, the family of one of the passengers kept getting phone calls from his mobile phone but there wasn't anyone at the other side. When they hung up, it didn't take long for another call to reach them. Police used the calls to track his position and his corpse was then discovered in the trainwreck. Why the call was mysterious is that the doctors at the scene deduced from his injuries that he died immediately on impact, so he couldn't have been the one calling. And even more mysterious, even though they were able to find his position via the phone calls, his mobile phone was never found and never recovered.

@@kandicealexander4448 That's exactly what I was thinking. Zero mention of it in the news, zero mention of the kid's full name, if it really happened why wouldn't they say who this kid was and link news articles to it? A kid being pulled through a window at a sleepover never to be seen again would surely have made the news. And then just a "he was a good kid" comment sounds so fake. Also what kind of kids sleepover makes one kid go sleep in a dark scary room ALONE without their friends, that defeats the whole sleepover aspect.

The second story escalated so quickly from creepy to sad
if the story about tom and the harbor was posted on reddit, i bet all the comments were telling that guy to check his apartment for carbon monoxide poisoning. it actually seems kind of likely in this situation if he and his gf live together.
Agreed. And it definitely could be a case of Folie à deux, as the guy mentioned at the end of the story. All options are still distressing, though if it is CO2 I really hope he took care of that.
Whatever happened, I'm just glad they're now in the timeline where their friend could still be alive.
The comments should be telling him to stop misrepresenting his creepy pasta as true.

I didn't know shared psychosis was a thing. I was thinking they both went to another dimension of some sort lol

When you sip water, you're not actually getting any benefit from the water as your body can't properly hydrate with a sip. @Paulo Eusebio oh, good one!
That's the only proper response. A bullet will do more to stop a woman like that than any court ever would.
That is such a horrifying thought, I hope you and your children are safe.
What you do is, before the mob attacks you, grab hold of her hair and hold tight. Gouge out her eyes if you can. Make it so she _can't_ leave. I imagine it would be terrifying to let go of your child in that moment, but you need to handle the threat. "The best defense is a good offense," as they say.

@@elstotzo5643 sort of a late response but that was the exact episode I had in mind when making this comment lmao

{I gave the stories titles to make them more recognizable than just "Story 1", "Story 2"... I hope they are not too bad !}
You did a great job! Just found the list at the end of the video, lol! However, I would say the titles are really good, intriguing, and related to the story!
@@katrinawendel2647 Glad you enjoyed them, it was fun to make !
« jaime lost smash bros» lol
the First story has been told many times with different perspectives, Sometimes the mother is writing, sometimes it's the father, (usually the mother) and isn't true. It also usually ends up going much longer and the woman actually makes it to her car before 1 person stops her
Okay but seriously, during this pandemic, I'm sure a lot of us can agree it's been hard. Staying busy and listening to Lazy has been a G I F T B R U H : ' )
Most of us here in UK have given up!🙄
Aside from being locked down for a few months at the start of 2020, I’ve been back at my day job being just as productive as ever. These darn masks are a royal pain in the posterior though, just sayin’. 😑
Im in australia living life like normal
It's gonna be a good day- papa lazy uploaded !
The answering machine one is spooky but like, in a hopeful kind of way? Like, if that office was haunted, then that ghost just saved a dude's life. And that's the kind of ghost story I like, when spirits are shown to be benevolent. Idk if I believe in ghosts, but I believe in people, and so if ghosts exist, there have to be some good ones too
Babe wake up, Lazy Masquerade uploaded a new video
I feel like my cat will protect me when these stories scare me. I took care of his mom when she was pregnant, and kept him for myself because he came out head-to-toe black.
I was worried no one would want him. But I’m not superstitious. My little night panther. 🥺 He’s 3 now.
Black cats are the best to pet but their personalities are always strange like they know they're black, like want nothing to do with you all the time and then they plop right down beside you on the couch when they finally tire of being antisocial
@@xSwordLilyx that's all cats lol
@@tekbarrier I got lucky, I've got an orange cat who is extremely extroverted. He loves leaping right up on my shoulder and nuzzling me while purring
@@tekbarrier no not all cats are like that.
Please keep doing these type of videos and paranormal ones etc. I love them so much and the reason why I followed you. Thank you for all of these!
Finally something other than unsolved mysteries. Thank you, lazy
