    the best way get out from airport is uses KL metro line :- first the KLIA transit train to Putrajaya station cost you less than RM 10 then you will join the whole KL metro line ( choose the station near your hotel ) , normally less then RM 6. finally total cost about RM 16 this also the faster way

      I disagree.
      The cheapest is KLIA to Sentral by bus, but does take longer during peak traffic.
      Last year IIRC it was under RM15 one-way.

      Yes, cos it's Central to transport with a big mall just 100M away.
      I'm pretty sure that area is very popular with people from other parts of Malaysia and Indonesia.

    Is that KLIA Terminal 2?
    Everytime I use that terminal I find it a maze to navigate, especially if I have to transit to a domestic flight.
    In my experiences the best currency exchanges for tourists are at KL Sentral (yes i know, there are better but further away from Sentral).
    Good to hear I can now buy a SIM card online first and pick up on arrival. Thanks for the info.
    Edit:
    The Hotel tax is a bit dodgy.
    When it was first introduced, the hotel would only accept CASH, said it was the government's policy. WTF deals with cash when travelling?
    So easy for the funds to leak sideway.
    BTW, are the Red Buses still free?

      Hello! Thank you for the useful tips.
      Yes, that's KLIA Terminal 2.
      Later in my trip I also had to transfer from Domestic Terminal to the International one, and it's good that I had enough time between my flights. The airport is big, it takes time to find the place from where the free shuttle between the terminals departs. Plus, it goes once in 15 minutes and takes 20 minutes to get to the other terminal.
      I am not sure about the free buses. Somebody told me that they have them, but I never used them.

      By Red Buses I mean the KL city Red Buses, not the ones at the airport.

      @warmhearttravels1  3 місяці тому

      @@RUHappyATM Yeah, I understood that. They have these free public buses in George Town, Penang, I used them there. But I never used them in KL

    Please some important information, for the digital arrival card.??
    Do you need to do that exactly about three days before I arrive into Malaysia or can you do that a lot earlier such as one week before you arrive? I’m will arrive from Japan but I’m from Canada.

    • @warmhearttravels1
      @warmhearttravels1  Місяць тому

      @@enjoystraveling It's possible to fill the form only within 3 days before your arrival. You cannot fill it earlier. Within 3 days means that you can do it 2 days or 1 day before too. If you forgot to do it, it's even possible to fill it before passing the passport control when you arrive in Malaysia. But it's more comfortable to do it in advance, when you have good internet connection.
      It will take just 5-10 minutes to fill, believe me, there's nothing to worry about.

    You're stretching it too much with only USD20. You won't get to enjoy the stay, and that would be a waste of plane ticket.

    • @warmhearttravels1
      @warmhearttravels1  2 місяці тому +1

      Well, I did enjoy my stay. Of course, everyone chooses what style of traveling is good for them.
      Anyway, the meaning of this video was to show that it's possible to travel and explore the World even if you are not super rich and have a very limited budget.
      Altogether I spent 3,5 months in South East Asia traveling on a budget and I had a great experience there, it was definitely worth it. Though I did treat myself sometimes too.
      But of course, if you have a limited time and have this opportunity, then spend more, there's nothing bad in that too.

    • @AnasSuhaimi
      @AnasSuhaimi 2 місяці тому +1

      @@warmhearttravels1 okay then... What i wanted to say is even locals don't live on that budget. 20 USD is like 90 MYR. That's 18MYR a day. A meal costs MYR10 on average nowadays. It's not about rich or poor, it's just basic costs to get by.
