My personal journal is real life recording. I record the good, the bad, and the ugly. I record "random thoughts." I record wins, and losses. It is a place to dump whatever is on my mind at the time.
I am using my monthly spread as a gratitude space. I call it One Good Thing. Every evening I end the day by recording one good thing that happened that day so I am focusing on the positive, even if the day was crap!
What a great idea! It's so fascinating that I bet we all know that one person that just complains constantly or is vehemently negative. It changes the brain to be like that, and I feel like this is a way to reprogram that if someone is trying to change!! Love it😊

Writing down gratitude entries is so good for your mindset. Glad you were able to keep it up for the year. I am writing a little blurb on how my day went in my Magic of I daily pages and I might add a gratitude note to the mix.
