@@miketaylor1783 hi . Our Creator has revealed Himself and His will through His Word, the Holy Scriptures. The Scriptures predicted (and was fulfilled) Israel’s two exiles from their land BUT also promised they God would gather the Jews from all over the world and give them their land back.
The greatest evidence and revelation of God, was through His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ , who came to earth , to further reveal the will of God and ultimately die and rise again for our sins .

I’m an American who was uneducated about the history of Israel and Palestine. Prior to Oct 7, I was pro Israel and have many Jewish colleagues and friends. I have since dedicated substantial time leaning the history before and after ‘48, hearing atrocities against Jews and Palestinians. Oct 7th was horrible, but I now see how horrible the treatment of the Palestinians has been for decades. I now think the founding of the state of Israel was an unmitigated disaster and I hope ashamed the US suppports Israel’s continued oppression and human rights violations against Palestinians. I’m disgusted by West Bank settlers, the wedding of hate, and Ben Gvir. I spent a few weeks reading about rabbi Kahane and his toxic influence on Israeli politics. I think Kahane is right… Zionism and democracy are incompatible. And I think the solution is to abandon the Zionism. A whole generation will remember the brutal bombing of Gaza. There will be payback. There will be an American president who totally opposes Israel and there will be repercussions for the toxic racism at the heart of Zionism.

The day after the UN resolution passed to create Israel and Palestine passed, the surrounding Arab nations and Palestinian Arabs started a horrific war against Israel.
This ended up with a Jewish nakba that you are totally unaware of.
800,000 jews were expelled from the surrounding Arab nations in 1948 through to the early 50s. That's why there are barely any jews in the surrounding Arab nations. That is ethnic cleansing.
Whereas Israel has 2 million Arab muslims living in Israel proper. Some serve in the military, government and judicial institutions.
After the war of independence that the Arabs started Egypt occupied Gaza and Jordan occupied the westbank until 1967. Jordan ethnically cleansed the jews from westbank. In 1967, Egypt once again tried to start a war by telling the UN peace keepers to leave the Sinai desert and moved in their army but Israel pre-emptively attacked. So the Arabs lost another war they started. At this stage, some jews returned back to their homes that they were expelled from as well as others. That land is disputed, not occupied. Look up uti possidetis juris Israel as that explains the position of international law rather than political feelings based UN non binding resolutions declaring the land is occupied.
The 800,000 jews that were expelled were absorbed by Israel that only had a population of 700 000 or so. Whereas the Palestinian displaced people have been kept in perpetual war mode and not welcomed by their Arab cousins.
In the 1940s millions were displaced, due to wars, but only the Palestinian refugees are allowed to pass their refugee status on to their children forever. Does that even make sense.
Look up the grand mufti of Jerusalem who worked with the nazis and even visited several death camps. Arafat and Abbas speak fondly of him. Charming.
Finally Israel has accepted every peace deal offered but the Palestinians reject through violence. Moreover, every war has been started by the Arab nations in partnership with the Palestinians. This also applies to terrorism. So of course Israel is going to defend itself.
Go and read history books rather than social media videos on history.
You are missing the main point: Hamas Charter explicitly states its goal is to liquidate Israel. Hamas apparently is widely supported in Gaza.
Rabbi Kahane was not a typical Zionist. Why don't you diversify your feverish research by reading Hamas's never-repudiated Charter of 1988? It calls for genocide. Hamas leaders promise to repeat the atrocities of Oct 7 as often as necessary to achieve their goals.
It is apparent that you still have not studied or understated the history of Israel since 1948. When learning about history you must check the facts and certainly both sides if the story. Israel has not been 'treating ' Palestinians any different than tje civilians of Israel and they are not civilians. Go read some books.
I only read history on this divisive and polarizing topic from one side, to avoid bias. The side I read are Jewish Israelis who should be biased in favor of Israel but cannot deny the horrible atrocities committed in the name of Zionism. Ilan Pappe and Holocaust survivors like Gabor Mate, and American Jews like Chomsky and Norman Finklestein. What’s particular horrible are the stories from IDF soldiers- see testimonials on UA-cam from “Breaking the silence”, where IDF soldiers describe the atrocities they’ve seen and even participated in as part of their “service” to Zionism.
There were good Germans during the Holocaust who revealed to the world the horrors committed by Nazis. And there are good Jews in Israel who are showing the world the truth about Zionism and the ethnic cleansing of Palestinians. The Wedding of Hate on UA-cam shows you clearly. Look at the videos. Look at the many hours of footage of testimonials from IDF soldiers in “breaking the silence”.
Have you seen those sources above? Do you deny Ben Gvir’s blood thirst for Palestinians? Did he not rip the car symbol from Rabin’s car and encourage his assissination a week before it happened by his compatriot? Why did a Jew kill Rabin?
Cognitive dissonance is hard to overcome. It’s hard to fathom how a people victimized by the Nazis could repeat Nazi mistakes as part of its own national character”security “ mission. But the facts don’t lie. You’re just in denial. Like the Germans war in WW 2 who lived normal city lives and pretended there were no concentration camps.
And just a few days ago an 8 year old Palestinian boy, unarmed, in a West Bank street, was shot in the head by an IDF soldier. No investigation, no charges against the IDF, no charges against the child, no lawyer, no judge, no jury. No law. Just a bullet in the head. What do you think of that?@@ChanaKorenTourGuideIsrael
I disagree. As a conservative from Alabama, prior to October 7th I was fairly pro-Israel. However, since that event, due to Israel’s “response” to that terrorist attack, I’ve come to despise the Israeli government and feel that Netanyahu is the closest thing to Satan I’ve seen in my lifetime. And before I get accused of antisemitism, please understand that I have nothing but love for good Jewish people, I just despise the Israeli government and have nothing but disgust for it.
