I often say I love my symptoms . I’m glad I’m not the only one. I truly believe that years ago the drinking and drug abuse stopped because of my precious anxiety. Also, my conversion to Christ would’ve never happened if it wasn’t for my severe anxiety at the time! I feel grateful!
It is SO GOOD to hear a man discuss the issue, most folks think it is a woman's issue! I have a friend who was in the back of a truck, had a panic attack while there,it must have been Horrifying for him, glad to see the issue being discussed!

I've recently started working on myself and I feel like such a different human now. I feel so much happier and I barely experience any anxiety symptoms. All I've done is go to bed earlier than usual and I've also recently made a planner. Plan out your day so that you stay busy but also be consistent with it. That's helped me quite a lot! Even something as simple as a skin care routine or just going for a walk outside and working out can do so much for your mental health. Sometimes I just sit outside and breathe fresh air and it's the best thing to heal your spirit in order to fully feel rejuvenated, refreshed and brand new on the inside! I personally think that journalling has helped me a lot with dealing with anxiety symptoms but always stay consistent with it! Do not expect results to magically show up in one day! It takes hard work, time and total dedication to get better and I know it's hard at first but I promise that it will get easier as soon as you start doing the hard work! ❤ Love and light to you all! 😌 🥰
Sometimes I feel that my legs are getting uncomfortable, this usually happens when it's time to fight or flight, yet at moments I'm not stressed I still have a feeling of stress in my legs, like my body is used to idea of being anxious.
Does knowing what we are sensitised to mean that we know what we need to work with? For example, if you get anxious in the grocery store, does that mean that you have to practice being okay with being there and so forth?
Yes, knowing your subconscious fears helps to undertake the fears we don’t know about better. We can then begin working with the anxiety in those very moments.
I'm afraid that my anxiety levels are through the roof at the moment Dennis,4 months ago I was diagnosed with terminal cancer, given a year to live,I don't want to die, but if I think about it logically,it will be the end of my nervous suffering,all the best for the future, Walter XX.
Anxiety is part of life so we have to learn to live with it, the problem is when you have severe anxiety because you’re not educating yourself about it on how to handle it. Learn coping skills like deep breathing, meditation and somatic exercises to help you cope on those more severe days. Knowledge is power.
always had anxiety....about 2 months ago i started get symptoms out of nowhere...i have got checked my the hospital and at the doctors now can u have a heaviness or pressure near or on what feels like the heart i also get it in other places to
