Love the end of this video. Intentional or not it does capture what fear can be. At times this can seem dark and scary. We can get lost or wish things were different. But if we accept it and continue we find our path to the light. 🧘♂️
Oh Andy!! I am from India and I am thinking how would I even thank you for getting me through my hard times everytime I go through. I have tendencies of having panic attacks and it occurs specially due to many reasons (one vivid reason being fear).let me tell during this current situation, I wake up hearing to your voice and meditate through app. It really helps me calming down. So so grateful for everyone involved in headspace! I really hope you are okay @nd every other members of headspace. Stay safe everyone!
Patience, acceptance, surrendering. Thank you for this video. I need to learn how to live with my fear. It's trying to tell me something and, until I figure it out, it will keep trying to tell me even harder if I run away and want to push it back. I hope this will help me manage my panic attacks. Thank you. I send ❤ to anyone needing it. Namaste
Andy I’ve been listening to you for several months now .. it’s brilliant to actually see you . Keep doing what your doing and I hope your healthy and well .
I'm on headspace app. Headspace for sadness. Visualisation. This video before hand helped me. I want to delve deeper into the fear get lost in it. But sitting.. I realised. I fear the fear. I fear what I think I will fear..or what I almost think I should fear. When.i just allowed it to be there. And it wasn't as scary. The thought of course is not nice. But this fear monster wasn't around. Madness.. greay
Thanks man this really helped me i am always scared of the male family in my family because I am slightly skinny and the youngest in my family they use me as a kinda punching bag, just beat me up whenever they are bored or frustrated so whenever a male family member passes by my room i start to uncontrollably shake and tense up, this helped me a lot, thank you
Hi Andy, I feel that fear' is just a perceived concept and projection in your mind, and that it just doesn't exist. It's just a thought. And the answer is just to be present. Thank you for sharing ! 💖🌅🙏
and yes, fear is not only promoted by the society today, but also by how we were brought up in our homes. Unfortunaly, some of us only recognized it by the time we get too old! but we can solve this issues ONLY if we are in the present moment.'
and for this to be experience will be thru Meditaion, Yoga, mindfulness, all of this combined consistenly will aventually help our minds and physical bodies to be even more in the present moment..
Hi Andy thank you so much for sharing your videos..! it feels really good to hear all of this and to understand where it is is coming from too. As I am on this journey still and will continue to grow and to rebirth.. 💖☀️
I feel like this is the first time I've seen an Influencer just give us the secret straight up and not ramble on about how the "secret" is about to change our lives. Gave us the opening, Gave us the Core, Gave us examples, and doubled down and gave reasoning.
I have been the same recently. Just feels like a general panic, nothing really specific. It's been pretty horrible. But I've still been persevering with mindfulness everyday, and it has started to fade a bit over a few weeks. At times it feels impossible to do, but I'm trying my best to stick with it. The first positive thing I noticed from using headspace was that as Andy says in his meditations, it creates a bit of space, and I felt that. Almost like before, I was the panic, it completely consumed me and I was lost. But slowly over time I felt myself moving out from the centre of the panic and it being separate from me slightly. I remember he said in a video something along the lines of it being the difference between being caught in the middle of a storm, and watching a storm from your living room window. I think I realised that it is trying to control situations that I know I can't control that is causing my panic. And it kind of leads to a positive feedback loop of worsening panic. Accepting that I can't control situations and to just enjoy the moment will be the key to my contentment and happiness, I know it. But it's hard and takes time. If you want to talk, id be happy to listen
Hi Andi, I was a headspace - Customizing for years. Now, there seems to be a technical problem wirh my account. But headspace- Support does not react to my queries. My Account is deaktivated, i feel sorry i cant practise with my app. Best
being present is everything. but the "ego" is like a snake' always trying to trick the mind. so it gets on our way and this is why we all experience "fear" Being in the present moment prevents us from so many negative feeling, Again," Ego projections" those which we weren't even born with. Becoming aware and being present is the essential key to our lives if we want to remain Alive and happy.
I’m looking to take a few months out to travel when the virus ends to explore my mind and become grateful for the world we live in. Where are the top 5-10 places you would personally recommend to really soak in the world’s amazing culture?
I am ready to see the world soon, too! I would suggest Shanghai, Pokhara (Nepal), Costa Rica, Porto Portugal, Scotland, Denmark, and Canada! These are some of my favorite places I've visited
You call to Jesus and accept him as your lord and saviour and take the fight against the devil because that is the reason you feel dear and anxiety and depression etc with Jesus you have a guaranteed victory in his name because he defeated Satan death and sin on the cross PRAISE JESUS AMEN REPENT AND SEEK JESUS HE IS THE ONLY WAY THE TRUTH AND THE LIFE

Getting lost in fear.. it then becomes this huge monster.
When if we understand and be at ease.. it's easier to release. So good.

Thanks for creating this app and allowing people who don't have access to this knowledge, learn this.
The funny thing is that there is a lot more of headspace for free on UA-cam than on the app
Gamingweekly Duo On thé app it’s the meditation itself.
