Today, we're taking a look at the Zombies mode. Funny enough I could only record about 2 hours of me playing the game. Because it made me very unhappy. Possibly the most unhappy I've ever been in my entire life.

I remember when I was a kid I bought black ops for the DS at GameStop. The woman working there said "Pretty cool that you can play games like this on handhelds nowadays". I think about that almost every time I would play a big action shooter on the switch and now I have a steam deck and I can play the newest resident evil games and online shooters like apex. I bet that woman is elated with how things turned out.
How's apex on the steam deck? Been wanting to get a steam deck but I've been on the fence about it since I'd only play apex on it, but if its like the switch version of apex that I've seen then I'd pass lol
@@Nauj1017 60fps most of the time but it occasionally drops to 55. The other modes like team death match and control and gun game is where you'll need to play on low settings unless you're ok with the game dropping to 40 fps every other second or even 30 if everyone uses their ult in the same area.

My sis told me when she was little she thought it was gonna be similar to the console version since shes seen her dad play bo1 zombies lol she never touched the game after playing once 😭😭
I think the only positive which is a weird quirk only in THIS version is that throwing the knife at power ups counts as you touching it.

I used to play this with my brother using the local multiplayer feature all the time. Same with the Modern Warfare multiplayer game.

Modern warfare multi-player was odd local, you had to unlock all the weapons

I had a lot of positive memories of DS zombies so I tried replaying it recently. I 100% forgot that you die in 1 hit, its really hard to know when a zombie is sneaking up on you, doors are insanley expensive at 5000 and 1000 points and that the highest round I could personally care to get to was 4😂

On the House map, there's a glitch where if you stand in a certain spot by the half wall in the last room, the zombies will walk past you all the way around to the other side of the wall and stare at you. From there, you can headshot and throwing knife to your hearts content without dying

I used to play COD zombies on the DS a lot, and I actually forgot it even existed until I watched this video. You should try "touch the dead" it was probably one of the neatest "fps" games for the original DS. I haven't seen anyone else talk about it ever but I swear its worth finding.

I had a friend who played had COD on Xbox while I had the shitty DS version. We'd talk about our experiences and tactics, and when it came to COD games it was completely different game. It was totally stripped down and felt like came from 15-20 years before the era it was from, needless to say I envied console versions

Oh shit I had this game as a kid and was addicted to this mode. Don't remember which map but managed to make it up to somewhere between Round 18 to 20. I know it wasn't facility I was gonna say the House Map. But I think theres at least 2 in a House style building so that doesn't narrow it down.
