I have now watched all of your public and available videos to date and would like more please.... lol excellent display of ingenious setup. I really enjoyed seeing you create things that work for you in your small space.
Thanks for watching the videos! It's a little hard to find motivation to film and edit these days - I will try to put out more content soon. Thanks again, means a lot! 🙂🙏
It is through Wildbreads that I discovered sourdough and what I want to be in life. Life has been stressful these past couple of years, doing office work and stuff but after eating here, I saw that I see myself doing something like this in the future. I hope to conquer these financial challenges in life in hopes that I can also start a bakery soon. Thank you Wildbreads for redirecting my life, really. I owe it all to you. Ill save up this month or next month to try your Feb specials :-)
Hey Mags, your message is so touching - can't tell you how much that means! Thank you! If you ever need help with ANYTHING related to making bread and running a market/brick-and-mortar bakery, don't hesitate to reach out on @wildbreadsbaker and I'd love to share you with my experiences. Also, if you can send me a message on that account, I'll send you a voucher so you don't have to wait til Feb to try out the breads! Cheers! 🙂 🙏🤍 - JC
Stayed in Calamba for more than a year during the pandemic. Had to move to another province (Tuguegarao, Cagayan) post pandemic pero I feel sorry dahil diko kayo naabutan or Ive only learned about you this year. I would have gone to Los Banos in a heartbeat if Im near you. All the best to you and you team, JC!
Hi, means a lot! I probably baked for a good 7 months before I started selling at a local farmers market. But it's not because I was still "perfecting" my bread (truth be told, I still haven't 'perfected' this whole baking thing, nor will I ever do). My neighbors encouraged me to sell there because I was giving them too much breads. Haha. It was cool that my breads were getting sold so I had extra money to buy ingredients for another batch because I just wanted to make bread. I was obsessed. Haha
What you do and how you embrace it is so inspiring. Gusto ko mga ganito. More videos please! 🙌🙌
