This log tiny prefab house is filled with all types of beautiful wood and even has a loft! The manufacturer for this modular house is in partners with Hilltop Structures where I toured the home. The model for this home is the “Country Cabin.” This home has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and is a 12x38 size home with roughly 450 sqft w/ the porch. Let me know what you think about the video! We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

This Guy always gives great camera footage! He doesn't rush through the cabin like some others I watch who give u all the cut scenes making it super hard to actually get a feel for the floorplan.

Thanks Chance, but not a fan of the log cabin look & i would put a sofa instead of a dinette set, not alot of storage in this tiny home, no place for a tv but in the bedroom

@@Michele-gy1rv 100% agree. I would lose the loft to have vaulted ceilings (and the stairwell becomes a closet with a full size door),move the kitchen items around the corner wall where the new closet is to make an "L" shaped kitchen, and that would give you a bit more room for a living area. The loft is the problem. This isn't big enough for more than 2 people.
And you need a spot for at least a stackable washer & dryer. Also I need a tub. I don't mind if it is a tub /shower combo thing though.
It's a shame it doesn't have a tiny living room and maybe a spot for a small TV.
hang the TV from the bottom edge of the loft. replace the table with a love seat and a recliner replacing the rocker
Or a closet
The bed could be replaced with a sleeper sofa & the bedroom becomes a living room.
Its definitely not a house that I could live in day in day out, maybe a vacation home.

Insulation was good for sure. Couldn't hear any of that traffic from the inside 😊.

Great as a cabin for a little ME time. But I am not a fan of the loft for myself. I think I’d feel smothered up there not being able to stand up. Lol

@@ashleyallen9967 I'm looking to put a small cabin up the holler on our farm and although I'll live alone, efficient use of space is a mist. I'll also have to have a woodstove for heat because I intend to be as off-grid as I can get away with.
Not happy with there being no living room/seating area.
I'd make the bedroom into a living room w/tv etc. etc.. and make the loft into my main bedroom. This way you have a decent living room area, which this cabin doesn't have. Creating more living area and space. You'd be glad you did. Nice, nice cabin.
Plus there isn't actually a closet in the downstairs room anyway.

The 12 x 38 would be an ideal floating camp house.
I would do one of these but 16×40 NO bedroom just hotel style floorplan just adding a kitchen with the extra space.
OMG, I love seeing the little one's at the end. SO CUTE. My babies are nearly grown at this point in time. They grow up so fast, enjoy this precious time when they are little.
It's nice, but the steps could be wider.
About 6 -7 months ago i used rope for bathroom trim. I was to lazy to go back to Lowes after a miscalculation. 😂 i had plenty of rope. It grew on me now, i 💗it. It looks nice against all that wood, mines in a camper bath.
I don't see a place for TV in this tiny house. How are we supposed to watch your show ? 🤔
It would be nice if some of those park models had lofts with standing headroom.

Hello Chance. As you said, this would make a fine place for a vacation, weekend home or hunting cabin -- for people that are Slim anyway. For someone fat, and handicapped, like me, nope. I'd be able to step into the bathroom and use the sink, but that's it. Shower's too small and commode is to close to wall on one side and the shower on the other side. The loft would also be useless for both of us. First, I can't climb, and if it's not at least 5.2' high, I couldn't stand up in it even if I could climb. I can't get on my knees, so I wouldn't be able to go up there. Husband wouldn't use it as he couldn't stand up either being nearly 6' tall. We might use it for storage if husband was willing to walk on his knees up there. No kids and no young family members to stay up there either. There's not really room for even 2 comfortable chairs/recliners in that tiny living space. The place is just too small for my fat self! Image me trying to use my walker or wheelchair in there! My cane, yes, but not the other two. I have seen one - of yours I think - that I would gladly use as a vacation or weekend home though. Can't remember what the name of it was now, shoot. Maybe I'll find it later. All I can remember is I liked it really well. This place is a dream for someone though, just not us. I do Love the Porch though. It was a good video Chance. What it does have is high cost...like who can afford these money grabbers...setup...costs more than you've got

It's beautiful but I would have made the bedroom smaller to give room for a living room area and those small stairs are scary narrow but I love the way it looks and the bathroom is very nice too!
Very nice layout, however being a senior citizen, I wouldn’t be able to maneuver those steps. I don’t like the tin around the bathroom. The rope around the trim looks like they’re trying to hide gaps. The floor in the loft isn’t finished. It’s got some really nice features, but overall it just looks like it’s not finished.
Are these considered Park Model RVs? My land in FL is not approved for them. Where in FL are you coming to?

The kitchen dining area is a bad set up. There is no place to put a tv or couch. The loft is good for storage but there is no storage in that bedroom. $58,000 seems like a lot for this. I know tiny homes are going up, but soon no one will be able to afford them.

No place to sit and relax. At minimum it needs a recliner and tv. Maybe forego the kitchen for a living room and grill outside on the porch.

All Wood, Kitchen right in the Front Door and a Loft. Its a HUGE no for me..
No living room and it doesn't look like you can stand in the loft. But I do love the kitchen and bathroom. Just not for me.
