Can't We

A special poem which I wrote about the sad political situation in the Maldives. Please think deeply about this poem.
CAN'T WE?
Tears roll down my eyes
When I think of my nation
So much hatred and so many lies
Among this mortal creation
So proud to put the blame
And hassle with each other
So lost in the party game
A sister forgets her brother
Feuds in the flesh and blood
So intense they often flood
Coz they don't belong to your party
Are they really screwed and dirty?
Can't we like the BLUE and YELLOW?
And shake hands to wash the stain?
Can't we greet with hi and hello?
AND BE FRIENDS AGAIN?
