I would love to see more “What I eat in a week,” videos because it gives a more realistic outlook than “What I eat in a day,” (although they are still enjoyable to watch for inspo). Could you do a “What I eat during a cut,” and a “What I eat during body recomp” videos? I also enjoy watching your training videos, especially when you are talking about specific topics like focusing on form or how to progressive overload because it has helped my up my game and get more out of my workouts. Watching you get your ass kicked by your trainer is super inspiring. More grocery hauls would be cool. I personally am not as interested in fashion, mainly nutrition and fitness-related content but also day in the life stuff ie cuddles with pup, brunch dates, behind-the-curtain peeks like being introduced to Caroline and Val.
There's nothing more relaxing for me than getting a hot cup of tea and watching your vlogs. Literally all my troubles go away :D Your voice is so soothing and I love the aesthetic. ALSO! Love when you show around Amsterdam. It's one of my favorite cities and I'm soon moving the Netherlands myself so super thrilled about that :D Dank je :)

Girl I can't believe you went in with a vit c serum after that mask. I can't even tolerate that mask let alone put another active on after it lmao. I have to use the Drunk Elephant Baby Facial despite it being 10x the price because it makes my skin SUPER soft and smooth but it isn't irritating. Anyway I love those tanning drops. I am using that hair serum as well, hoping maybe my hair dresser will notice if it is working or not lol
