    This Intake is amazing and if your thinking about getting it, you should! I have this intake with a full Catless Corsa Xtreme exhaust on E85 on my 2019 Mustang GT tuned by Lund Racing. I just got it on a dyno at “SWG Automotive & Performance” and it made over 500rwhp!! The car is insane!!

      @@wasabifish1180 could’ve been a mustang dyno. They read a lot lower than most dynoed. Best way to make sure you’re car is running like it should is to race a stock mustang and see how bad you beat him.

      @@wasabifish1180 look at the datalogs. Mine only made 366whp on the dyno bit we noticed it flatlined in the upper rpm and the datalog showed it was pulling as much timing as it could due to knock. So I put the oem catback on to the longtubes and hope that was it.

  • @MaxHedrm
    @MaxHedrm 6 років тому +8

    You should do an overlay of the before & after HP/Torque curves to show the improvement under the curve.

    • @smrtbeenr
      @smrtbeenr 5 років тому +6

      Yes they should, but then we'd be able to see that it actually lost torque up to about 4000 RPMs where there is a sudden and abrupt gain in torque, I'm guessing due to the advanced timing they were able to program in with the 93 octane. With an overlay we'd also be able to see that the reason why it has so much of a power gain is that they didn't Rev it all the way up on the bone stock Dyno pull. To be frank most most of the improvements are probably due to the tune, which is why you'll never find a video of Dyno comparisons where they don't also do a tune.

    • @MaxHedrm
      @MaxHedrm 5 років тому +8

      Yeah, these intakes don’t do much without a tune to tell the airflow sensor what’s going on. They need 3 runs. Stock, tune, tune+filter.

  • @19hundoc47

    Did anyone notice that these are two different cars? Look at the wheels of stock and the wheels of the one with JLT. Either they are different cars or it was not only the JLT installed on the car.
