In episode 5, I am breaking down my Plot Box and exploring writing Act 1 of the novel. We look at the events that could lead up to Plot Point 1 and the break into Act 2. Having taught writing for 16 years, I have a few resources I would be remiss to not share as beacons for my own journey:
