You do give very important information. Can you do a presentation on Tiling both floor tiling and wall tiling. I am finding tiling information to be limited and its a major part of building a house.

Yes, that's what it means. You build a simple structure and then add on later.

love your content bro.... 26 years old and I work as a tradeworker and depends on the project I'm the contractor. haven't had lots of large jobs but have had a lot of small jobs. I agree with you on the rate sheet that is out now(labelled 2019-2022 rate sheet)it's outrageous in some parts because even after calculating the work a lot of times I end up not having any money to pay myself after I pay the guys that works with me. Labor workers asking for $4000-$4500 per day now and not understanding,the persons I'm doing the projects for wants the work to be done cheaply.

Looks impossible to work and build a house in jamaica. Everyone wants to get rich quick. No one is honest. Its so bad. My God be with us all
Cannot agree with this statement, sometimes it is workmen overpricing work and sometimes it is customers not want to pay appropriate price for what they want. Up to 85% of costs related to a project is overhead expenses and has nothing to do with workmen take home pay

It is not as easy as the way you are saying it. The geography and slope has to be considered, the expected cost of the builder or contractor, and the size and finish of the house you expect to build.
If the house will be built over several years it will be convenient for most persons as work will be done in pieces, but that don't make it cheaper just more convenient
What is cost per square feet for construction work in 2023? 2500sq feet 2 story house?
We don't speak about construction cost without a drawing and finishes schedule as reference; anything below that is asking us to lie to you
