@Apocalypse2031 If you take four years off from your job right now, you could work for 82 days straight too. Mike is a quitter. He quit for 2 years twice. That's four years of load management. Then he tried to be Bo Jackson and Deion Sanders but failed miserably in the "minor" league. At least Lebron stayed the course. Mike even quit once, in his own words, due to mental fatigue and burnout. Mental fatigue and burnout?! Mike is a soft nanny goat. And let's talk about the miracle shots of Steve Kerr and John Paxson. John Paxson hit the game winning shot in game 6 of the 1993 NBA finals to keep Mike from going to a game 7. Then Steve Kerr hit the game winning shot in game 6 of the 1997 NBA Finals to keep Mike from going to a game 7. They saved Mike's legacy. Steve Kerr was the most prolific 3 point shooter in the league. He shot 52.3 percent from 3 for a whole season. Steph Curry hasn't even done that. This is who Mike had. He was so good the great Gregg Popovich called him and he won 2 more chips without Mike. And let's talk about game 7 of the ECF against Indiana when Mike was stinking up the joint. Tony Kucoc took the game over and won it to send Chicago to the Finals. You think Mike didn't have help? He played with 4 HOF's and a HOF coach. Add himself and that's 6 HOF's. Mike is the only player in NBA history to play with a guy who is a Hall of Famer in 2 professional basketball leagues. Tony Kucoc is an NBA Hall of Famer and a FIBA Hall of Famer. And you talk about Lebron's Finals losses but don't mention Mike's playoff losses because he couldn't even make it to the Finals before Scottie got there. He got swept by Larry Joe Bird twice "in the first round" 🧹🧹, eliminated from the playoffs by Isaiah 3 times, gentlemanly swept by Milwaukee 3-1. That's 6 seasons off the top. Then he begged Chicago to get Dennis Rodman from San Antonio. The guy he couldn't beat in the playoffs 3 times, he begged to play with. That's some KD type shit. I'll give you this, Mike is on Mt. Rushmore. But Lebron is on Mt. Olympus alone. He's way above Mt. Rushmore.

Nobody will surpass the greatest shoe endorser ever!! I mean Jordan doesn’t have the most rings, MVP’s or points but no other sneaker will ever out sale the Jordans✅
@@toriblaine3676 its a devil’s advocate statement. Basically what makes Mike the GOAT?? He doesn’t have the most rings, MVP’s , points, Rebounds etc., so what makes him the goat, other than opinions?
@reefb4364 He has the most finals MVPs, The most scoring titles, he has the highest ppg scoring average for a career, in season and playoff averages for a career, now if we wanna say finals MVPs weren't around when Bill Russell was there I get it, but Bill won half his rings in a league of 8-10 teams, then when he was in the playoffs, there were just a simple 8 teams! MJs bracket was 16 so you could almost say 1 MJ ring is 2 of Bills.
@@reefb4364 If you don't know what makes Black Jesus the GOAT then you have the IQ of Jameis Winston in Uber on his way to an Angry Crab Shack. He came into the league with the maniacal mental of killers in serial. And when it comes to elite athletes those with the stout mental fortitude are vastly superior to those with the feeble cerebral. Jordan's mental was as robust as his physical. Speaking of which, his muscle fibers twitched extremely fast. Faster than any NBA player I have ever seen. And I've seen them all in person, while in their primes. And that's why he was such a freakish athlete with insane reflexes, absurd hand-eye coordination, ridiculous bounce, hang-time, mid-air body control, quickness, explosiveness, agility, etc. Another very important factor is the fundamentals taught to him by a highly-esteemed Univ. dean. We have never witnessed another basketball player with MJ's raw athleticism and impeccable fundaments. And the best of the best noticed very early. After the very FIRST time Bird faced a rookie MJ he told a Boston Globe reporter "That guy is going to be the greatest ever. You just watch." And after just a couple of years in the league Magic said "There's Jordan then there's everybody else." Russell has the most rings but he was carried by FIVE hall-of-famers offensively. For his career Bill averaged 16.5 ppg while shooting a pathetic .44% from the field. Only time MJ was carried was to the bench by Pippen during flu game. Kareem has one league MVP more than MJ. The first three he won in Milwaukee he had Big O as a teammate. Big O fed him and drew a lot of attention from defenders, allowing Kareem to see a lot of one-on-one coverage. Can't say that about MJ. He never had a teammate that demanded double-teams. NEVER! Then Kareem went to Lakers and played with Magic. Chamberlain averaged 30 ppg for his career but in the NBA Finals he only averaged 18.5 ppg. On the biggest stage he'd wilt. MJ also averaged 30 ppg for his career but in the Finals it went up to 33.6 ppg. Kareem and Wilt were too busy trying to get buckets to become defensive heathens. Not MJ. He's one of the best perimeter defenders all-time. Another extremely important factor is the fear he instilled in foes and how that gave his teammates supreme confidence. Steve Kerr said it best "You were scared to death of him. He was the most dominant force on the floor in every regard. It wasn't just the talent - it was the force of will. People, opponents were defeated by Michael before they even walked on the floor. He made me way better. Not only from the standpoint of the traditional 'great player drawing attention,' and 'OK, they're going to double-team him, I'm going to be open.' That's the easy explanation. But it's more than that. It's don't be scared. It's like, you've got to compete. That's probably the biggest thing I learned from him, watching him, was he was just so fearless. He never shied away from the stigma that would come through failure. He understood fully that if he just went all out every single game and went for it on every single play, the positives would outweigh the negatives, but you just to have to live with the failure. It was unbelievable to be on his team, to be his teammate. And you had to accept that responsibility. You knew he was going to be harsh on you. You knew he was going to be tough on you, was going to talk trash to everybody in practice, test you. And his reasoning was: If you couldn't handle the trash talk in practice, there's no way you could handle the pressure of the NBA playoffs. It made perfect sense. He was right!" No other all-time great had this effect. ZERO! Opinions? Isn't that what it comes down to? Majority of hall-of-famers (Cousy, West, Baylor, Bird, Magic, Hakeem, Shaq, Ewing, Mutombo, Barkley, McHale, Kobe, Iverson, Nash, T-Mac, Wade, Ginobili, etc.) view him as the GOAT. Even today's best like Curry, Durant, Leonard, Tatum, Doncic, Lillard, Zion, Butler, Harden, Edwards, Ingram, LaVine, Mitchell view him as the GOAT. And I'll guarantee you that the majority of commentators here will say he's the GOAT. Like the great poet Reggie Noble once said "Case closed."
MJ all day, playing i the league back in the day the refs let those dude play, elbows and all. Lebron have accomplished a lot in his career, but I respect the fact Mike won all 6 of his Championships on the Bulls. I think Jordan or Kobe would of been a much closer comparison in my opinion

All they talk about is MJ blowing up that rat-infested Boston Garden for 49 pts. in Game 1 and 63 pts. in Game 2 and being named Player of the Game both times even though he lost. And MJ was just a baby Jordan ala Harold Miner. He wasn't even close to touching his prime and Bird was in his and MJ was already superior. Danny Ainge was on Ys Guys podcast recently and said that even though his "stacked" team beat the Bulls that they ALL knew MJ was the best player on the floor.
It’s not about the Finals. It’s not about the stats. If you watch an hour of Jordan highlights and then watch an hour of LeBron highlights, you can CLEARLY see Jordan is the better and more skilled player and it’s not even close… then when you look at the stats and the championships, that solidifies it.

@@focuz4899 I give all due respect to Bill Russell… But… You do realize that there were also only 8 and 9 teams in the NBA during that run right? And you do realize the Celtics were overwhelmingly the most talented of those teams right?
@@MDAce150 You do realize that Bill Russell's era was harder than any other era in sports right? He won in the face of all kinds of adversity. Michael Jordan quit once, in his own words, due to mental fatigue and burnout. He would have never made it in Racist Boston in the 50's and 60's. Bill was called hateful names, beaten in protests, and received death threats just for winning against white players. And he still won in the face of all that. @@focuz4899 You don’t know what you’re talking about. MJ thrived in adversity. His mental fatigue and burnout wasn’t because of playing the game, but the side effects of the fame and lack of privacy. In an era that Doncic said it's easier to score in the NBA than in Europe. Juwanna Mann would average 35 ppg in this Monistat yeast infection cream league.
So what? With modern medicine and training techniques, mixed with the fact he picks and chooses when to play during the regular season, shouldn’t he have a longer career? In those 20+ seasons LeBron’s only played the full 82 games ONE time (and played 81 once). MJ played ALL 82 games NINE times. NINE!!!… (and played 81 and 80) in 15 Seasons. Think about that. He was the best player the world has ever seen and played at an INSANELY high level and out of 11 of his seasons he missed 3 games. Over LeBrons 21 seasons he’s averaged 69 games per season. If Jordan had today’s modern medicine and training techniques and sat out 13 games every year he could have played longer too.
@@MDAce150 Great points. Another thing is that MJ didn't have the luxury to rest while his multitude of prime All-Star teammates carried the load. JR Smith was on JJ Redick’s podcast and said “Kyrie was so good and dominant as a Cav that so many times he made Bron seem like he wasn’t on the court - like he was on the bench.” We've all witnessed Wade and AD do the same.

With that said, just the eye test alone it’s MJ. This generation that argues oh “Lebron had better competition,” is just asinine. MJ was just that far ahead that he made sure there wasn’t any competition to talk about. This is not a knock on Lebrons greatness because his whole body of work is amazing.
MJ
Who's the brother from 0:45 ? Can't remember his name like in two days trying find it. Shame I forgot it ... Help pls
Jordan is lebrons inspiration. Jordan ain't playing with none of the players from start to finish.

MJ..and it ain’t even close!!!
That’s a dumb a$$ question😂😂😂 MJ!!!!!
Exactly MJ🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🔥🔥🔥
George mikan and wilt better
LeBron jumps from team to team and forces organizations to trade for the top talent the league has to offer and still loses championships lol 6 to be exact lol
I don't even think we should be comparing LeBron to Scottie Pippen, he's not even on that level yet. LeBron just happened to be on every great team assembled around him, and even then he missed out on so many opportunities. not even really top five, do the math and if Michael Jordan would have played as long as LeBron did he would have probably broken every record.
Do u even watch basketball
@@cosmasrealestateconsultantyes he does and I tell you one thing for certain Mike nor Pippen would sit on the ground for 15 seconds durning an elimination game praying for a foul what is great about that

Nobody will surpass the greatest shoe endorser ever!! I mean Jordan doesn’t have the most rings, MVP’s or points but no other sneaker will ever out sale the Jordans✅
Nobody picked him because of his sneakers. They picked him because he is the best and greatest at basketball
You just watch." And after just a couple of years in the league Magic said "There's Jordan then there's everybody else."
Russell has the most rings but he was carried by FIVE hall-of-famers offensively.
What MJ has done for the culture is unparalleled...
This is not a debate
Jordan
Hey Guys. Can I watch this anywhere in full Time?
MJ will always be the GOAT!!!!! I'll take Larry Bird over LeBron all day.
True 💯
MJ all day, playing i the league back in the day the refs let those dude play, elbows and all. Lebron have accomplished a lot in his career, but I respect the fact Mike won all 6 of his Championships on the Bulls. I think Jordan or Kobe would of been a much closer comparison in my opinion
Why did Alicia get upset when she answered? 😂
its not even comparable thats why
Because it's a stupid question
C'mon now? Some ppl just know real. 🤷🏿♂️
Because asking is an insult to real ones, real ones know! GOAT = MJ faux GOAT = Lebron

ASK LARRY BIRD
Larry Legend will say it's "God disguised as Jordan." Did you know that after the very FIRST time Bird faced MJ in the NBA he told a Boston Globe reporter "That guy is going to be the greatest ever - you just watch."

And if anyone is as illiterate as a Mayweather - take your pick, it is you cause you're the one that couldn't read between the lines. What Rocky Dennis hairdo aka Ugly Larry was saying is you on your cocaine circus squad without at least ONE All-Star teammate can't beat me and my FOUR hall-of-fame teammates.
How many decades later and no one talks about Boston and them FIVE hall-of-famers sweeping MJ in first round of 86 playoffs.

It’s MJ isn’t not even close
Jordan never loss in the finals
🐐🐐🐐🏀✅🏀🏆🏆🏆💐
It’s not about the Finals. It’s not about the stats. If you watch an hour of Jordan highlights and then watch an hour of LeBron highlights, you can CLEARLY see Jordan is the better and more skilled player and it’s not even close… then when you look at the stats and the championships, that solidifies it.
You do realize that there is a player who won 8 straight right? Not two separate 3 peats but 8 straight. With no years off between seasons. This alone pokes holes in your opinion.
Blacks weren't welcome in hotels, on team buses, in restaurants when they traveled. And white players didn't want them in the same shower facilities. Bill was called hateful names, beaten in protests, and received death threats just for winning against white players. And he still won in the face of all that. Again, MJ quit, in his own words, due to mental fatigue and burnout. He would have never made it.
@@focuz4899 You don’t know what you’re talking about. MJ thrived in adversity. His mental fatigue and burnout wasn’t because of playing the game, but the side effects of the fame and lack of privacy. You act like people never heckled him or called him names. He was dominating everyone. As amazing as he was, people still rooted against him if they weren’t Bulls fans. He used their hate as fuel. Just like Bill Russell. They’re cut from the same cloth.
Comical - Lebron is one of the main reasons the NBA is so weak. Walking around in tights flopping all over the place not playing tough defense it's a joke now a bunch of dudes and female extensions

LeBron not the commissioner. If anyone made the NBA what it is it's you ppl. After the malice at the palace they had to clean their image. So of course the game looks weak. Them MFS not trying to lose money and have a bad look with predominantly black athletes looking like thugs in the eyes of the media
The debate should be Kobe or Mike... Other then wearing the #23 Lebron has nothing in common with Jordan
That's a lie they do have one thing in common Lebron has at least 4 MVP awards. Its just as easy to say the debate should be Mike or Kareem.

I Am..,
Death Of Escobar Bootleg I had lost,
Or Stillmatic,
God's Son,

Just like certain BIG or MJ songs you can't touch or play out,

Pac is my Jordan,
Nas Is my Kobe,

LeBron have to retire first and then we can revisit this conversation.
MJ & Messi: TALENT And LeBron & Cristiano Ronaldo: EFFORT.
Since he was 10 yo, he was expected to be the next one. To be in the Books at such a young age isn't due to effort but talent first.
Kobe was not expected to be what he was before he entered the League and went deep into it: this IS effort! With all respect due
Lebron shouldn’t be compared to Jordan. So many other greats better than Lebron James.
Bruh people don’t ever realize Lebron is doing average 25 in his 40 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
Nothing but STAT PADDING now a days
How does that make him the goat?

Mike Jordan
Who are these people that carry this debate??? Cuz clearly anybody either sense knows Jordan will always be the Goat. There’s too much you can’t “re-create” …too much that will never be done again and yes 6-0 MATTERS. I don’t care who you play 💁🏾♂️. Lebron lost to Dwight Howard, Dirk Nowitzki, and an OLD Spurs team.
It was strange that Scarface chose neither
