I visited London before when there was fog. Loved it so much. Donโt know why people spend money going to sunny hot climates for vacation. I always vacation in cold, dark places with bad weather. My last trip was to Amsterdam where it drizzled for three weeks non stop. I was there to paint two large paintings for a special friend of mine. It was very cold. But I loved it. My brain is alive in the cold and darkness. The sun makes me sleepy and lazy, and I lose IQ points. Give me ominous clouds, rain, snow, sleet, hail, thunder and lightning, any day and twice on Sundays.

Checklist:
โข A bottle of water, at least 1liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate
โข Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time
โข Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones, because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late night study session, you won't wake up anyone
โข a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well.
โข Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone , a few pens, paper or whatever you need.
โขAnything else you could need, what about a heat pad, a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy
Reminder: After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me.
You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. You can also listen to the audiobook while doing another thing, that's even better than listening to music while reading the book.

I love London, especially foggy nights. It's in my blood being born & bred in the city itself. We lived in a brilliant old Georgian house WC1. Crooked staircases, squeaky doors, and a haunted basement.
The fact that you used "Blood" and "Born" only two words apart is somehow very funny to a minor Bloodborne fan. In case you don't know, Bloodborne is also set in a victorian setting, which is the reason that the connection is so funny.

It was a cool summer night, mid june in the small town of Hallway Gul. Rain pelted the grounds heavily creating large pools of water through out the streets. The rain had been coming down for almost five days now and it still showed no sign of stopping. This "strange phenomenon" was not at all peculiar for thr folks of Basil Street. In this peculiar town the rain fall could last for weeks on end, rarely ever stopping.
As the rainfall began to cease the street lights flickered on and off, only a few of them casting a warm, lasting, glow down onto the cracked sidewalks. The streets where empty and barren, the atmosphere silent. Not a soul could be spotted roaming the streets at this hour except for her.
Now who "was she?" you may ask, or, you may not care at all in the slightest. Nevertheless I am going to tell you the long and tragic tale about a young girl who went by thr name of Lilith.

You guys won't believe this! So, I was pulling an all-nighter, studying at 3 AM with creepy music on, right? Big mistake. Headphones on, blasting "haunted ambience," when suddenly - scratching at the window! I rip them off, total silence. Then a laugh, like a demon tickled by despair, right behind me! Light on, room empty, but let's just say "haunted ambience" is off the study playlist forever.
I work in medicine, was in a very old ladies room one day at the start of my career. I was doing my work for about 3-4 minutes. She was totally catotonic the whole time. One of the elderly that is nonresponsive and just existing with her time left, very sad, but that a different story. I was about to leave and I hear the most hair raising, blood freezing cackle come from her, far worse than any horror movie sinister laugh you have ever heard. I look over and she is sittinng up in bed looking straight at me, she had this horrific learing smile on her face and wild, bright, totally present, intelligent eyes. I quickly get my equipment togetheer to get the hell out of there, as I leave the room I look back and she is again completely out in the catotonic way again. It still to this day is the single most chilling moment of my life, there was no doubt I was in the presence of pure evil in that room. I doubt it was because of her, likely "something" came into her and used her because she was defenseless. It also wanted to scare the me, I have no idea why.....but it was absolute evil. It gives me chills right now, over thirty years later.

Excellent work. I love how soothing and relaxing but melancholy and creepy this is all at once. And I half expect to see a carriage ride over the bridge over the river. I also like theses one-hour long videos. Videos that go on and on for hours are a little too much for my laptop to handle. But these hour-long ones are just right.
