Thanks for the Tip. I made a pedestal mount for a couple European mounts on a very uneven surface of wood and this worked great for hanging the heads on it! Check out the project on my channel!

Thanks for sharing, I have a large Euro mount Elk, measured 365", weighs around 50lbs. You think this would work for an Elk that size?

I would defiantly find a stud and use a grk framing screw. Worked on my longhorn skull that was about the same weight
