For amd Radeon graphics, create a key inside R420. Do as he did in this video. And last while entering dword value put 30008. And restart the software. Now it shud enable.

I tried to install drivers from the beginning of this year and got a positive result. However, in my case, this is not an option. I have a laptop with a built-in quadro p3200 and an external thundbolt GPU 3090. However, I only need the new RTX drivers (471.68) that work on both cards. So, if you have information on how to run realview on new drivers, please post this information here.

I had enabled real view graphics earlier following same steps and it worked. But after some days real view graphics option was disabled so I tried same steps but it is not working. Is there anyone facing same problem and found solution please let me know.
If you have intel card, go to the 'Others' folder and create the key there and rename it as the name of your intel card. Then you can do the workaround thing in that folder, that works!

For GTX 1650 intel/ryzen go to n40 folder make a new folder and paste the graphics name the futher process of d-word is same as shown in video

Make a new key in R420 folder. Paste your integrated graphics name there. Use '30408' value. It will work. It worked for me, I have vega 11 graphics.
