Dulos had murdered Jennifer, Michelle helped. Dulos =dead. So Michelle is still guilty in helping making disappear Jennifer; or Michelle at least KNOW where Jennifer is.
I agree MT was involved in the death and disappearance of Jennifer D. She partook in it all. She knows where Jennifer is.

It could be great for the defense if they were ethical. Even if they lost the case; they would hear the truth in the law.

This case shows how important the understanding of the law that the Judge must have. Very detailed work and to stay alert during a trial this long.

It never pays to commit any crime… I can not stop thinking about the innocent children who suddenly lost both parents within a short space. And for what… stupid ego?

The innocent children lost both parents because Mr. Dulos wanted a new piece of ass! Those were his kids, and he had a commitment to his wife.
I think more money than ego, Fotis wanted Jennifer to accept Michelle, and her daughter move into her house, with her kids as well as Fotis & accept their relationship, under her roof, that her parents were providing for her then live together, 'happily ever after'. What a ridiculous proposition for Jennifer, who he was unfaithful too for 2 years with Michelle. Fotis was just worried about losing Jennifer's parents money, as well as her future inheritance, that's what it was all about. If there was no money, would he have given so much attention for custody of the children, I mean he killed himself, after he killed their mother, what sort of "loving father" does that if not for money? Yes, I know power & control has something to do with it as well, none of it was for the love of his children, that's for sure. I'm surprised that MT was even willing to go along with that plan, he must have tried to persuade her, probably waving the children's inheritance in front of her nose, like a golden millionaire ticket. I hear the kids were inheriting 2mil each, from their grandmother's estate, that's a lot of money to be looking after for your kids, until they become eligible & Jennifer's mother is not a young woman either, she is in her 80s I believe.
I cannot stand listening thie defense attorney. Yes, he knows MT knew everything that was going on with the custody issues. They lived together.
Fotis is not here to defend himself. She can say he said this, that, and the other thing about custody issues. The real point is what goes on between a married couple setting up custody of their five children is none of MT's business.

I actually like Attorney Showhorn. (I know I misspelled his name) He is zealously defending his client, and I believe he is doing a good job poking holes in the State's case.
She’s a home wrecker. Dulos showed who he really is.
In the area where this trial is taking place the jurors will be looking at Michelle as the evil mistress that moved into Jennifer's home and was trying to be a mom to her children. Michelle had to move out of house when Fotis had the children

Very wise, detail Judge. He sat patiently in a calm, relax, same position for long hours but always stay alert, up front & accurate answered of those nonsense objection, argued statements from the defense lawyer. So ashamed of this low class, street smart manner mistress & her mother. They lived in Jennifer's house, drove the family's vehicles..., want to be step mom of those 5 young children age 1 to 7 when their Mom is missing ??

Defense talks of wasting time..what would he call all these car was questions..so annoying he is..I have watched Crime since the inception of Court TV in beginning of 90s..never have I seen a Defense in this manner..he is asking in ways of appeal and Im not sure so far if that is even there.
This defense attorney is annoying. Why does he have to cross examine regarding the carwash. The fact that the suspect is having a car washed that is not his is enough evidence of his involvement.
Defense lawyer is incompetent at defense but brilliant at wasting time and jacking up billable hours!!!!

The defense will probably publish her phone records when the defense's case is made. The State probably didn't offer them because they don't show her doing anything suspicious on May 24, 2019.

Defense lawyer’s voice is always amplified but the prosecutor/s speak away from mic making it difficult to hear/understand their arguments or when addressing the witnesses.
I wish the judge will tell Schoenhorn to take all his gripes with the State's behaviors to the CFPB like the rest of us have to.
Please protect the 5 children. Years or decades from now they will viewing these videos. It’s sad but they will grow up one day and research online on all of this.

At one time I had hope if they offered michelle a deal she would tell where they put Jennifer's body, but now that she's shown her hatred of Jennifer I unfortunately don't think she ever will.

I know it was Memorial Day weekend and PG took the car Friday supposedly, but why did he wait until Wednesday to detail the truck. Did anyone check the trash he threw out at the car wash? I wonder if the guy that pulled up behind him in the white shirt is just cleaning out his car too and not picking up something FD put there. He seemed to bend down at one point like he was picking something up.
PG get his car only weekend in week days he drives company car So when he returned weekend he left Tacoma and took raptor which was his work truck.until that time he wasn't doubting that fotis is killer

The forensic biologist (think thats his role - forensic examiner? I can tell hes used to being on the stand giving evidence. Hes very good.
Has anyone got the name of the Judge presiding over this case? His Honor is really fair and also has been great at clarifying legal issues to the jury and the public.
