I have a fourteen-year-old who was starting to get pretty distressing acne (distressing to him). Your videos have changed his skincare regimen and his acne is almost completely gone. I can't thank you two enough for all the valuable advice you offer to us for FREE!

@@Allysoncociuba He uses products recommended by the doctors: CeraVe Retinol Serum switched out with La Roche Posay Adapalene Gel.
He uses them at night, right before bed (after he washes his face with a mild cleanser - the Hydrating Facial Cleanser - but I don't think the type of cleanser matters).
In the beginning, I told him to use just the CeraVe retinol (it's milder). He would use it three times a week until his skin built up a tolerance. That didn't take long. Then I had him switch out the CeraVe one night a week with the adapalene. Now he uses one or the other four times a week, even though his skin is clear.
It worked like magic for him and has continued to work. I'm so grateful. Wishing you luck!

@@yellomellow9481 Hey! I posted a response above, I don't know if you saw it, but I'll repost it here:

He uses them at night, right before bed (after he washes his face with a mild cleanser - the Hydrating Facial Cleanser - but I don't think the type of cleanser matters).

Now he uses one of the retinols every night, but his skin has built up a tolerance to the retinols so it doesn't bother his skin, but still works.
I sincerely hope it helps! The retinols have been like magic.

I grew up in a small town in Texas back in the seventies. I loved playing outdoors with my friends in the summers. I always had mosquito bites. My grandma would cut aloe very from our yard and applied it on my bites. It helped with itching and the swelling.

I’m 32 and have always been half-assed with my skincare. I’ve learned heaps from Drs Maxfield and Shah and my skin has drastically improved over the last few months. Their point about nothing is instant is great - something to remember everyone. Trust the process and take the time to actually try a new product :)

OMG! Thank you for the Aloe info! I do have latex allergy and developed a hell lot of other allergies because my doctor didn't thought we should dig deeper, and when I got help other ways it was too late!
Treatment is still somewhere in the dark age. "If you know you are allergic to this avoid it!" I still don't know what can cause a problem. Most of those I figured out myself, on the hard way. I still fighting for tests. My allergies got so bad, I have to be careful what I drink, eat or put on my skin. So every little information can be life saving! I really appreciate your work guys and thank you! :) (Sorry, English is not my first language!)

Thank you for pointing out the risk of allergic reactions to aloe vera.
I bought a huge bottle of it last summer, thinking it would soothe my skin after sun exposure.
I had a massive allergic reaction (the rash itched so much I couldn’t sleep at night).
I didn’t understand what was going on at first, since it’s supposed to be soothing.
it actually took a few weeks for the itch to stop after I ceased using it.

I'm in my 50s and eat a lot of salad so cukes are in the frig always. I have some seasonal allergies and sometimes wake up with puffy eyes. Cuke slices seem to help with that temporarily but like you both said, it can be a bit drying. Best wishes and thanks for the great info!!

Hi. Finally someone gave me this answer I've been looking for.. for so long.. so thank you for that. Also, you mentioned about aloe being good for sunburns.. Could you put up more videos related to sunburn, and tan? body tan..? Like how to get rid of it.. how to prevent and treat sunburn? cuz I had gone to a dermatologist for this, and she said I developed photosensitivity and then gave me a sunscreen, which still doesn't prevent tan nor sunburn. And its really really annoying to go out with my face and body itching, red and swollen.

I have heard of both. But cucumbers on the eyes I have only heard of just cold from the fridge - never, never Frozen. I wouldn't want to do that for the reasons you explained. Like freezer burn especially on the eyes. I've also heard of aloe vera which I've only heard about to soothe wounds and help heal them. Do you agree it would be better if the cucumbers or just cold from the fridge?

I absolutely LOVE your videos..The only thing I see that are missing, like body lotions. Skin tightening lotions or drops, worth it, expensive. Everything is mostly for you face. What about aging hands? When i was younger, I couldn't really use lotions. I always got hives on my legs and arms, moisturizer on my face would definitely break me out. LIKE EVERY TIME. I'm 40 now, I do love Palmers post pregnancy, has helped with sagging skin. What are your thoughts 🤔? What do you recommend for aging hands? Do I just put retinol on my hands as well. I would also like to note I'm allergic to most sunscreen..I have found maybe 3 that doesn't give me 2nd burns when I'm in the sun in 30 minutes 🤔

I grew up in Southern California in the 80s and 90s. My mom had a bunch of aloe vera plants. If one of us got burned like accidentally from an iron or something my mom would apply aloe and it would really fast. When I was in my early 20si burned myself while I was cooking dinner so I got an aloe leaf (?), Cut the skin off and applied the gooey center to my burn. I secured it with a bandage and gauze. The next morning my burn was gone but my skin, where the aloe was, was purple; just temporarily for a day or two. Aloe is so magical!

    3. Hydrating hyaluronic acid serum I put it on my under eyes and lips
