I’m a newby with my brio 15.5. I decided to do a chicken with the rotisserie today . Well it was a disaster. I had the rod backwards and could t figure out why it wouldn’t spin. Then I found you! Life changer. You saved the day( and my supper) Thankyou so much.
Just got our Nuwave 14Q. Gonna try it today. Your video is gonna help. I like how you didn't edit the "cutting the wrong side" part. I really believe we've All made that mistake at one point in our cooking lives. Cheers!
Ever since I got my NuWave Brio 14Q I have wanted to rotisserie a chicken, but then when I looked in the book they didn't have instructions!! Super annoying! Thank you so much for doing this excellent video, now I know how to cook this bird 🐔🐔🐔
This video saved Easter dinner 2021 lol. I was so overwhelmed trying to figure out how to get the chicken on there properly. This video was a MAJOR help you make it look so easy. Chicken turned out great dinner was beautiful thank you for these videos🙌🏾
Excellent cooking method. In the past two and a half months I've made this four or five times and the bird comes out so moist. Thanks for the awesome video! I always check you out first now for air fryer cooking.
Just did a chicken in my fryer today. Your directions were spot on, so much mahalos! The trussing part is definitely going to need some practice, though...after watching some videos on how to do it, I spent the better part of 30 min trying to tie that bird up haha!
Thank you! I could not find a video on how to use it. Then I finally found yours! Also, how do you use the other metal box piece that comes with it lol
just bought my brio 14Q and a made an english beef roast in the rotisserie cage. I put water in and potatoes in the drip pan. Think the water helped keep the roast moister? or more moist. think when do a chicken i will add water to drip pan.
WOW Have not been on your channel in a while. Just bought the 15.5Q from kohls so been going through your older videos to check out your recipes and how to cook with this thing. This is something i really want to do eventually!!
you will get better results if you brine the chicken for at least 4 hours before you season and cook it ,it will be juicy and tender ,also if you spray the chicken with a little bit of oil it will have a nicer brown color ! thanks for sharing ,i followed the temperature and time you used to cook mine
Wow O am so glade I found your videos Thank you so much for the lol now i have to go all the way back and see all of them lol i can not stop on a roll now
I watched a few of your videos and liked. As a newbie owner, may I ask that you mention the watts your using when cooking. If you did, please disregard the request.
What gloves are those?? I have this oven, used the rotisserie basket and then didn’t have a way to remove it because it was too hot. I didn’t want my oven mitts to get greasy but these gloves would do the trick!
Yeah, but I still need to get the chicken off the rotisserie rod and all unhooked and such. The heat resistant gloves allow it all to be taken care of. I covered the accessories in the initial review: ua-cam.com/video/LWGH7Sg-1yY/v-deo.html
Nope and most don't, because it's easier said than done 🙂. Here's a good example, most of us strive to achieve, but seldom do 🤣. ua-cam.com/video/fgnT6km6bHs/v-deo.html
And I demonstrated a single heat resistant glove gets the job done easy. Also, you can see my Power Air Fryer Oven Rotisserie videos. I *never* used that Y handle even then. ua-cam.com/play/PLdwaKyfn2J3q2I6C2s1t1r0TyTmgAhH-P.html A glove is more reliable, because it's literally a full hand of control 💡
I am cooking in Nuwave Brio air fryer oven but it is different from yours so that video did not help me at all I have settings like 177 C what the heck. Thank you though
It is so annoying how many times you say “ bird” in this video. There are way better seasonings to bring out the best flavor in rotisserie cooking. The seasoning you chose leads to a very mild and flavorless chicken or “Bird” as you say
Heck Yeah! Chicken Sundays!

same thing here!! It wasnt spinning but I found this video 😃 Dinner is saved! Thank you
@@veronicagladinier5242 I felt so dumb after I looked at the rod and saw I had it ass backwards. lol...Im still learning at 74.

How long did Nuwave 14Q last? Did it have any issues?

I really appreciate your videos. I got one for Christmas. Again, thank you. You have a good vibe and are a teacher at heart. -Todd in New York

I just bought one of these! Thank you SO much for these videos!!!
That bird look delicious 😋. What is the equivalent of a PitMaster for a AirFryer cook ?

Good job. Thank you for the demo. We just gave the Brio as a wedding present so we are glad it does a good job.

Assume I always use the highest available unless otherwise stated.
I would pay to hear him say the "are you in good hands" line
Did you baste the chicken at all while it was cooking? Have you tried that and did it help the flavor?
All I did I mentioned in the video.
I would recommend brining if you want the meat to be even more moist. You can try doing both.
Can you do a video with cornish hen?
Do you think lowering the temp and cooking longer would have made it juicier? Just got my new Brio 14qt today and ready to cook. Thanks Darnell
I liked it the way it was 👌🏿👍🏿
I doubt it would have been juicier going slow and lower. It's an air fryer.
I've heard that a light coating of corn starch will make the skin even more crispy. Any thoughts?
That may work. Can't say I ever tried. Let us know how it goes for you.
Hiliarious.. Cuttin' on the back..it happens bro. lol Great Vid!
Would you say this has the most room for rotisserie chicken compared to other air fryers like the GoWise 12.7 qt or Instant Pot Vortex 10 qt?
It's larger than several others, larger than the 10 quart Instant Pot Vortex _for sure_ . Far as GoWise you would have to check the spec.

Thank you guy I will try that some day

Mines arrives tomorrow
Does the rotisserie fork come with the Nuwave Brio 14qt?
Yes it does. See this video for everything that's included:

👍🏿
comes with a tool to take rotisserie out. saves getting your hands in the hot oven. ) Helpful video though, TY!

Used this vid and the chicken turned out perfect 💀💀💀
Is there no Y shape Rotisserie tong to easily remove the chicken? That is a deal breaker if it didn't come with any

A glove is more reliable, because it's literally a full hand of control 💡
Can you use the included Nuwave Probe while using the rotisserie or will the wire get caught up as the bird spins around ?
Can't use it.
@@WaveOvenRecipes Thanks ...That's a bummer !
It's the case with all rotisseries. But you can get a wireless meat thermometer and use that.

No seal? That's why was dry.
can I put tooth picks in it
The chicken looked great but watching you cut that thing was an exceedingly painful experience.
You bind it up like that and it sorta just looks like a ball the smaller the bird, still get your point
Do you ever brine your whole chicken? Would you recommend it?
Looks delicious but, that's the butt meat 6:45🙃
It looks like you have a very dull knife. Sharpen that thing, will ya?
It's just fine. No pun intended.
It is so annoying how many times you say “ bird” in this video.

I don't have cooking twin. Can I use something else or nothing at all? Ya know just wing it? LOL Sorry just couldn 't resist the pun.
No you can't use something else. Other string is not made for cooking and would be dangerous for you.
@@WaveOvenRecipes thanx, I used twisty ties that I stripped. It worked ok
