@@ScottCooks LOL! Touche, Bro! But be careful what you say in here, You Tube might give you a 24 hour timeout. I've already had three in the last month.
I received my 6.5 Brio for Christmas and was very intimidated by it. So many directions.!! I just used it yesterday first time to try making a single baked potato . Came out perfectly! These videos help out tremendously...I'm a senior and these mechanical things get me nervous.
Thank you Scott. I just ordered the Nu Wave Brio. It was delivered and now I am waiting with steaks to follow your advice. Also, Scott I clicked the Bell👍 Thank you again for video.
❤ Scott I'm a little disappointed cuz you didn't show the sear function...I just got mine. The Nuwave is like my 4th one! I use mine just about daily, some days multiple times.
THANKS for Actually Cooking some Meat 🥩 - You go online here and everyone else just unboxes it, doesn't cook ANYTHING as days, "Oh yeah, this is Great!" Lmao 🤣 Freakn' stupid!! LoL So again, Thank You Sir for actually cooking some meat. Sold me, I'm buying mine now. Have an awesome weekend! 💪🏻 ✌🏻
The Brio has done a great job on these steaks and veggies. Cooking meat from frozen isn't really my thing, but the Brio's performance here is very convincing. Cheers Scott 👍😀🇦🇺
Great video Scott I have a fast question how to you think the steak would have turned out if you used the grill grate on top of the rack I done that once or twice in my toaster oven using the grill grate and a good size rib eye and was really impressed with the results I was using the foodi on something else so that's why I decided to try the steak in the toaster oven with the grill grate
A whopping 15 comments on this upload and he still can't be bothered to answer your simple question.. that's too bad no subscribing and thumbs up for me
I should be thrown in jail! The nerve of me to cook a steak to my liking....Don't worry my tastes have changed, check out most of my recent steak videos. Cooking to 130 - 135
Dude, that's well done! You're no Gordon Ramsey, are you? LOL.
I can curse like Gordon 😀

Next time! I have some more Brio recipes I want to do.
Have you tried the sear function yet?
Looks like it cooks nicely. That looks like a Pia to clean.
Right!? I’ve ordered it, but also ordered metal cleaning brushes for these stainless steel basket trays. Hope it works. 🙏🏻🙌🥩🥓
Do you have to keep on a island or could it be under a cabinet? Heard something about heat danger being to close to a cabinet.
IMO that is true of all countertop cooking devices. A lot of steam and heat is released. I always advise not cooking under a cabinet.

Why didnt you use the probe that comes with the nu wave instead of taking the steak out & using your instant read Thermometer
Well are you reading my mind? I am making another video using probe to see if there is any difference.
I’m guessing because the steaks were frozen when he put them in.

I am just wondering why you are not using the temperature probe that came with the air fryer?
I have used the probe a few times. It's ok. I am currently testing a wireless probe. Will do a video on that if its good.
If you know how to cook you don’t need a thermometer
Why do you need to flip the steaks?
The Brio is an air fryer. The only heat comes from the top. So I flip to get them cooked evenly.
Why did you not use the seat function?
160? You shouldn't even be allowed to eat steak.

You lost me when you said cook a steak 30 minutes
