Hi Wendy & Graham, chicken looked really lovely, thanks for the tip using two layers of veg trays in the pressure cooker good one. Have a wonderful Christmas xxx
Hi Jo, the two layers of veg trays are working well. Some people have used our link and we get a couple of bob out of it. Merry Christmas to you and your family and thanks for watching our videos 🎄🎁🥰😍❤️😘👍
Hello loves, I have a different mini airfryer oven, got mine from qvc a couple of years ago and I love it, saves a fortune coz not using the big oven, anyways I put the drip tray over the bottom heater to catch the dripping fat and this way the bottom heater bar doesn't start to burn. First time used it with the tray under the bar the fat started to burn. Just a tip. The Chuck looked lovely.😀💝👍🏼
Hi Christine, we looked at oven air fryers before we bought the dual blaze. They are different, more like a fast small oven. That’s a good tip Christine and thank you for taking the time to tell me 🥰😍❤️😘👍
That’s a good point, this is all new to us. With the air fryer I usually try to open it the chicken up not tie it up. I thought you might come up with a funny chicken story. You made my day this morning. Thank you mate 👏👏👏👍

hi graham , havent used the spit on mine yet. but have cooked one of these small chickens in my ninja , just big enough for us two and a little sandwich later. i have just watched budget cooking put a 3.5 turkey in her cossori oven . i was amazed how well it looked ithink i might do my next chicken on the spit as your looked fabulous, i just wish thelight stayed on all the time as i love watching the stuff cook . your right the price of carrierbags is ludicrious, love to wendy
Hi Grace, those chickens are nice and cheap. I thought ideal to try on the spit. I thought the oven would be right mess but it wasn’t bad really. It was an inconvenience getting of my chair to turn the light on because I was sat watching it 😂😂😂 I saw budget cooking with that turkey and I thought she was joking. I would have been like mr been with it stuck on my head. I don’t know how it cooked. I’ve got a 2KG turkey crown for the 24 l oven air fryer. 🥰😍❤️😘👍
Hi Graham and Wendy, UA is Ukraine, as for Phillip he has sat here and watched your video with me. He was very impressed with the Chicken rotisserie, he wants one 😂😆. Of course there is always the option of adding some loose cut up fruit like, oranges, apricot and Peaches to the cavity or onions and some choice herbs to give it a different flavouring. Your chicken was well done just how we like it, you've done a brilliant job. You can always pull out the tops of the chicken wings and tuck them underneath the bird, just a thought. 🤚💯👍💕🎄🎁🐔
Hi Rosemary, I thought Phillip would like this video. I’ll have to try a bigger chicken but they are good value. I think I will season it next time but I just thought let’s see how chicken tastes. Why didn’t I tuck the wings in 🤷♂️😂😂😂. 🥰😍❤️😘👍hi Phillip 👋👋👋👋👍
@@grahamgetsabout2672 Hi Graham, well I must say that chicken certainly looked very tasty. I like natural meat and poultry, although just sometimes for a change it's nice to have something different occasionally. 😂😂 Yes why didn't you tuck the wings in underneath, well it's not something we automatically think of doing. 👍
Hi Graham. Ive the HYSAPIENTIA 24L Oven . I tried just under 1.5kg chicken on rotisserie..too big. I didnt have space to add the tray to catch any fat that dropped off as i didnt want it to drop onto the lower heating element's, despite having crumb tray as that wouldnt be sufficient. Also, i see that you are using string. I was scared to use string as i thought it might catch fire. Is there a specific type of cooking string to tie up legs etc? Thank you
Hi, could you put your name at the end of a comment please 👍. It’s hard when it’s new to us, I was just the same. The first time I used garden twine then a wonderful subscriber sent me the right string. If you tie it up there is plenty of room and the juices dropped between the elements I put foil on the crumb tray and it was ok. We have done at least half a dozen chickens this way. I think I used a 1.5kg chicken and that fine. I understand it’s a bit scary maybe you should watch my video again.👋👋👋👍
Thats mad isnt it? what percentage of that chicken was the price of the carrier bag. It worries me that the fat falls onto the bottom element. Ive just bought that oven. Perhaps you should have removed the screw before trying to take the spikes out. Love it im really hungry now. Thanks
Hi Pam, I have learnt it’s better to do chickens a lower temperature and cook a little longer. It doesn’t spit so much that way. We have been using this air fryer today. It’s a good little oven especially for baking. I love looking through the window. Home made Lemon meringue today. 🤔🥰😍❤️
Hello mate, you did a great job trussing your chicken 😊, there is a lot of people who don't use the rotisserie as they think it's going to make to much mess but it's so easy to clean, just a little tip remove the parsons nose and all the fat from around the carcass you don't need it and it also let's more hot air into it, brilliant as always mate, take care you both 👏👏👏👏👏👌
Hi Sean, well if you say my trussing was ok then I’m happy. I will remove the parsons nose and have to try getting the fat out. I expected more mess but it was a tiddler . Thanks Sean 👋👋👋👋👌👍

Hi Richard, I thought Kerry was joking about cooking that turkey. I wouldn’t attempt one that size as it’s a lot of money if it goes wrong. It did look ok but I don’t think Wendy would be happy with it. I’ve bought a 2KG turkey crown for the 24 litre oven so there is plenty of room and we will cover it with foil.
