Thank you Scott, I my Nuwave BRIO will be delivered tomorrow and I'm going to try to duplicate your steak and potatoes, they look delicious! Thank you, looking forward to watching your previous videos, new subscriber!
You do know you can look up the preset # given in the instruction book to preheat, sear and cook all with one enterd #. Even breaks it down to desired cooking temp. When it goes off, plug the probe in the machine, press probe function and put the temp point in the meat.
Nice 👍🤤! The steak was cooked so evenly and it didn't suffer heat shock shrinkage. As it said, slow and steady wins the race. Personally Scott, I would've been happy at the 1st temperature check. The potatoes were also cooked to perfection. Do you have a proper steak knife, the New York style. I have what looks like a scaled down version of a Jim Booey knife. It glides through a steak like a scalpel fitted to an ergonomic handle. Another great review and use of the Brio today Scott and as usual, no disappointment. Cheers 🤤👍😀🇦🇺
Have you ever checked the temp in it for accuracy? I just bought 1and found that it never reaches the temp I set it for. Set 350 goes to 330. Tried 2 dif oven thermometers
Loved the video. Wonder why you dont use the temp probe whe cooking the meat
I love how you make it easy for us. Thank you.

Medium, bordering on medium-well.
