These are constant current drivers..How to check if the power IC is faulty?
Normally these drivers comes with regulate voltage within 8V -12V, 12V - 18V.
@@bhathiyasubasinghe5115 in some cases I have seen output of DC 190-220v..so does that mean it's faulty?

Yes it may be. But some times cheap drivers has poor soldering pattern. They also can burn quickly.
