I foresee the bag ban being challenged, it feels unconstitutional to me. Telling ME I cant carry my essentials bag because someone might use a bag to hide contraband..

and no alternate plan for these kids, like a central roller rink or game room - anything...a handful of bad kids caused trouble and forced this to happen, but the community is not offering any kind of alternative...they just want you to go home at 10 and fold your hands in your lap and be good little children...all the cops really need to do is break up the huge gatherings, that where the stupid stuff happens...kids arent allowed to be kids anymore
No one's saying kids aren't allowed to be kids, they're saying that kids aren't allowed to cause mayhem. Why should minors be out after 10 unless they're working? They can play games at home if they want to stay up late. It's not the community's job to give them things to do. They should go home and be good children, no one wants bad children.
All these ordinances may be deemed unconstitutional. We are to live in a land where our movements are not restricted.

They do it at major sporting events, concerts and a lot of other places. They also limit the size of bags .

A sun down town does not have a black on white crime problem. Curfew towns do.
