A huge thank you to you for showing how the ear tips should be inserted. I struggled to get my right ear plug inserted correctly. I watched and followed so many You Tube videos - yours is the only one that states to keep your mouth open and to angle the foam upward, after squishing it. It worked!

Is it normal to feel resistance (vacuum) when trying to remove earplugs? Sometimes I really struggle getting them out (I try to gently break the vacuum by twisting the plug or pressing it laterally against the wall or my ear canal).
Can the vacuum hurt my hearing?
apparently. kind of like when you blow out really hard to unblock your nose, that can damage your nose so i’m guessing it works the same with your situation
I wish I found this video sooner, I busted my ears last year going to an IMAX movie theater and wearing a poorly inserted foam earplug (I didn't roll it so it didn't really seal much of anything and I didn't know the shape of the canal bend at a sharper angle in one of my ears).
