    Glamourizing my instant ramen is one of my favorite things to do when I want a low effort snack. I usually just begin by boiling water and adding frozen veggie mix, garlic paste, cilantro paste ( maybe chopped up red onion if I’m lazy lazy than usual) and the ramen mix when I add the noodles, I wait till then soften and add a egg to the pot. Seriously amazing lazy food I 10/10 reccomend

    I love instant Ramen. They're about 20 ¢ a piece. I like dressing mine up, too.
    But, I use the seasoning packet plus a bouillon cube of the same flavor.
    I have to eat up to 3,500 mg of sodium a day just to keep my levels normal.
    So, yeah, I even salt my pickles.

    • @katherinehall1967
      @katherinehall1967 2 роки тому +3

      Ana Kelly:
      OMG😵, me too!!!! I'm not so alone in the world!!!👏🏻
      I have a tough time keeping all of my electrolytes up, but sodium is especially HARD to keep at high enough levels to keep me alive! Then I started eating ramen everyday or nearly everyday, and my sodium levels are much easier to build and maintain. I too salt my pickles, often til they're crusted over. I can always tell when my sodium is starting to drop, because I can't taste salt at all, even if I ate a whole spoonful, when it drops alarmingly low. I also found that himalayan salt works the best for me, because it contains sodium, potassium magnesium and calcium. My magnesium issues disappeared when I discovered himalayan salt. My doctor was fascinated when I told him that I can tell by how the cramp behaves which electrolyte (or electrolytes) is dropping dangerously low.
      Don't want to frighten you, but make sure to keep those levels up: severely low sodium causes the brain stem to collapse, then death. Terrifying. You are in my prayers. 🙏🏻 Stay well.
