Thank youuuuuuuu for your sacrifices 🤣🤣🤣🤣 def helpful KT tape is expensive lol
I was this every time I tape up my legs before football, it's basically pre game tradition at this point. I know how to do it now, but I still watch the video just in case lol
what if my fatigue is near the upper part of it? in the meat part of the muscle
I was starting to wonder if I had a tibial stress fracture because the pain is so bad. Following this video, I am all taped up, and already feel relief.
Hello, I have a strain in the upper third of the head of the tibia, about 8 cm below the knee (outside of the leg).
How can I apply kinesio taping?
Nice thanks
Im not sure my pain is caused by common reason. I had fusion on L1, L2, L3..... discs....1987.....military injury, compress fractures. The pain seems related to fatigue, much golf practice. Also I suspect nerve block. Innitially my hips gave problems. That ia gone now. Only left leg tibia......outside is sensitive to walking......lie on back and hitting golf balls.
I wanted to add a tape for drop foot support to this should apply that first?
if you mean in combination, as long as the anchor points are still on skin, it shouldn't matter, but if I was doing it, probably this taping first. thanks!
I feel for you when you take that tape off, free waxing a guess
All those blue and orange sticker that I feel sick of my right foot..

What is your pred pti name
If I am combining posterior and anterior taping, both takings start about the same spot. Can anchor points overlap?
Hi Christin! Thanks for you question. You can overlap for combo taping generally speaking. You'll have to alter the overlap slightly to have the anchor points start on bare skin as the tape has a hard time sticking to itself. So If I can I start one slightly short for anchor then have the second tape overlap just past. or start the second tape just past the normal anchor point running it a bit longer with no stretch. I hope that helps!
