Lukewarm milk 110ml+-
Active dry yeast 6g|2tsp
Bread flour 280g|2cup
Sugar 30g|1/8cup
Salt 5g|1tsp

I baked this loaf, it was a good dough, a beautiful bake, however, the beauty was only skin-deep. The bread was very soft, but that was the only redeeming quality. It just doesn't seem to have enough yogurt in it to call it "yogurt bread". It has an equal amount of milk. I used all fresh ingredients, but nothing much came through. If I were to try something like this again, I would certainly adjust the recipe and use more yogurt. It's simply my opinion. Thank you for the video.

Раскатываю заварное тесто между двумя пищевыми пленками до толщины теста - 0.5 мм., затем складываются его в четыре слоя и затем сворачивает его в рулон.
От этого тесто имеет ещё больше объёма и пористості, попробуйте, надеюсь тебе очень понравится!!!

Great recipe. Along with the ingredients also please mention oven temperature and tin size. It will be really helpful.
I baked it @ 350F for30-35 minutes. I used a 8.5 inch by 4.5 inch pan. Perfect size.

Between the butter and full fat yogurt, it could have an effect on the dough's rise. Put the butter in after mixing the dough well. Give it a rest, then add in butter.

You can always use a bit less instant yeast. Look up Bakers Percentage of yeast to flour.

it is dry active yeast, not instant yeast. I tried this recipe today with 4 gram instant yeast. I worked well.

Just a couple of comments though, if I might.
You are using a whopping 11% sugar. To put that into perspective the U.S. standards recommend no more than 8%. And 8% gives a very sweet loaf. I would half that and still expect a sweet bread. But, that is bakers choice.
And, shaping with a rolling pin? You really are a cake baker! Chuckling here. Standard bread shaping is so much easier, but again, there are no rules.
