    Which brand whipping cream do u use. My whipping cream is running. Any suggestions please, thx

      Sharmila Shaik hiya, this is double cream, I believe some countries call it heavy cream? I just use supermarket own brand. Hope this helps x

    But why do the bananas need to be fried?

      Hiya, thanks for watching. I like frying the bananas as it seems to give them a little more flavour and stops them turning brown (reacting with the air). You could totally miss that step out if you like. Especially if it's going to be ate up all in one go xx
