Who gave you the strike?
UA-cam does if they detect "copyrighted" material. First, they tell me they blocked the monetization function (which I don't use anyway), then they block the video in some countries to make it unwatchable (without VPN that is), the last step is usually that they remove the video altogether, but this only happens if the owner requests it so.
