I've never seen the christmas tree thing before, and will shamelessly steal that idea when the holiday rolls around if I find the time. I laughed out loud when I saw it.
As the guy who was all Press Continue based pun builds (Press Rotinue etc.), this run was so fun! Congrats on 100k Press and I hope I can be summoned again for the inevitable 1M subscribers run when it comes around!

I was going through some bad times in my life that week when you did this run, and me being able to participate on it made me very happy. It helped me in those dark days. I was Crandma, and doing the final boss of my favourite game with my favourite youtuber was very special indeed (although I didn't help much😅)

I did this run about a year ago myself on my SL1 +0 twink. You mostly use status effects or HP reducing weaponry or spells to dwindle down health. I ended up using Black Flame incantation, Blade of Death Ash of War, and Frost Pots for Malenia as an example.
Honestly I wish I was recording the Discord chat when Crandma was summoned because everyone was just chanting "GRANDMA! GRANDMA! GRANDMA!" and it was a beautiful thing.
Also, right after then, everyone chanting, "Press Die! Press Die! Press Die!" against the Draconic Tree Sentinel.
Was a good time being there to help out, can't wait till the next one.
It sure does give me a warm and fuzzy feeling knowing that my own audience was cheering for my demise rather than my victory... love you guys too...

I love shooting things with the rainbow arrows. Does no damage and they're ludicrously hard to come by, but it's fun!

Meteorite staff would be pretty good for this challenge run. Since it naturally can't be upgraded but comes with S int scaling out the gate

@@PressContinue I have not yet, this or next year. I have spent the months training my butt off because of the job I want. You can’t just join it due to how demanding it is on the body. Look up USAF Pararescue by Kanutster on here. There has never been a female PJ and while I am not drowning myself on false hopes, at the same time I will also not give up and will put out my damndest when I try. Lots of training to do. I am in contact with a recruiter for it though and following up on status and such. Wish me the best.

I'm doing something similar. I've been playing through as a base level vagabond with unupgraded weapons. Only I got a full inventory drop at the start of the game and my summons can be any level they want (though obviously they are downscaled). So far its been a really chill run. Not hard for the most part but a lot of fun. All that's left is Malenia and the end game boss rush... I don't know if the end will be much fun.

Maybe Elden Ring SL1 Seamless Co-op mod? You won't have the summoning issue and everyone can stay SL1 and respawn normally.

@@PressContinue Yeah it wasn't that apparent on this run, but when I do co-op with randoms they just get stunlocked after resummoning.
I feel like this kinda run would have been super cool with the seamless co-op mod.
Probably wouldn't have made a difference and I'm pretty sure that anyone who gets summoned would actually need that mod in order to join. So if that's the case it really wouldn't have worked
@@PressContinue Yeah, it definitely limits who all could join, but being able to ride the horse in the overworld and not having to resummon when people die are just some nice QOL changes
What i find most fascinating about all of this is:
Press continue acts like a mentor to his allies, when they get one shot because of his level. They make a single mistake and PC is like "oh well you shouldn't have done that, crapalicious"
Meanwhile he can make many mistakes because he doesn't get 1 shot lol.

I can't really think of anything to do with it. I mean I suppose you could mod infinite uses for a specific prosthetic tool or something but since I don't have the game on pc that's kinda hard to even check out.
Who all Couped and invaded you during this?
Well I couldn't really see it myself. Basically we had 2 discord voice chats going on, one for people waiting to get summoned and the other for when people are actually summoned into the game. So in the waiting room people were planning a coup.
I did drop in for a few seconds after getting lit up like christmas tree to tell them they're a bunch of dicks
