No screams kinda ruins what made ISS specials imo. The dichotomy of brutal screams, shrill singing, and poppy synths js what made them special in my eyes. I tolerated how little screams there were in LP5, but this is like when BMTH went full arena metal. My first concert was DGD, ISS, and ASKING ALEXANDRIA. So I’m a real fan. Even bought physical copies of all the albums til LP5. I’m sad about this.

I know they are changing as artist, but i also know New Demons was the album that brought them a lot of their fan base. Those fans should be given a little love also, as a thank you. I love I See Stars current direction, but feel any Metal band that is evolving, should still have at least 1 track that is made for the OG fans, and never forget about them. unfortunately though it seems to be rarely the case

I miss Zach and the sound he brought to the band and the heavy music they used to play 😢 you could just feel it in your soul. The passion they had together in New Demons was the best music I've ever heard and I'd give anything to hear that sound again. That being said I enjoy the new stuff, but not nearly as much.
