No need to remove all the plastic parts there. You can simply remove the left rear lamp and then get the cable into the car. That is why, because sensors easly breaks down and you will need to remove all the components there again and again.

You can ground the Black wire to any metal part of the car, (Make sure that you scrape any paint from around the screw hole to give a good Ground contact) use a self tapping screw and a washer to ground the black wire.
I need help I installed the same parking sensors in the astra H in the same way as you but when I turn on the lights and put in the back the sensors constantly run loud no stop runway even though I have nothing behind can you help me with that? But when my lights are off and when i go back all ok….

Mohammed Al-Issa you have to connect it to a ground, to a metal bolt anyway near by is okay.
