I grew up with the sitting room where only the fancy tea were drunk and the dining room we lived in. But having that extra sitting part is such a waste of space. Could rather make it a work room for needlework art but that's the way things worked years ago. Very nice of you to pressure yourself just to keep us happy with a video on sunday. The kitchen is going to be so practical

Hatred seems to be a big thing all over at the moment and it upsets me a lot too. However as you say, channels like yours are a nice link to nice and normal things, so a big thank you for that. These channels can be such a nice community to belong to and a lovely escape. My grandmother was my Nanny, my granny was my great grandma, I am my granddaughters Nana which I love being called. My Nan had the front 'best' room too, for meeting potential new girlfriends and boyfriends, for wedding receptions, or funeral gatherings, it was alwasy kept just so to be used at a moments notice! I do like a dining room though and we use ours a lot. I am looking forward to be seeing the transformation completed of this kitchen. My mum had a saying, keep on keeping on, its all we can do, so chin up and carry on being you, we all appreciate it.
