That lady Carol was so rude and condescending it reminded me of the service and entitled Karen’s here in the USA. That’s exactly some of the crap that people are tired of here.

The lady that is renting the house that was going to be a restaurant, seem very difficult why rent from Americans when in Mexico.
Yes unfortunately we see a lot of that out here and it's a mixed bag with realtors no matter where they are from trust me you'll see once you start dealing with them out here. Sometimes they are great but other times they are beyond horrible. I might make a video about it in the future.....

The 5th place was my favorite, I like the layout and furnishing it yourself, with low rent it is very affordable to fix it up your way and have a great place to live. 70-75 is perfecto weather, really enjoyed this video, if I could afford to buy it, I loved the 4th house with the outside area and mural.
Yes I prefer that too. Lots of affordable homes out here that just need a little bit of tender loving care

Wow ! Very nice homes ! Do most houses have the the black water tanks on the roof for hot water ? Thanks for the tour José. Great video !
Thank you! Actually those tanks are just to hold water. EVERY home has those. Basically you stiffen water from the city into those tanks where they are held and then Gravity gives you water pressure throughout the house. Water heaters are separate and not all homes have them. Hope that helps answer your question!

Nice videos do they turn water off certain days. They do that in Tijuana. Or is there mold issues in the homes new or old?
No they never turn the water off unless you don't pay your bill. Yes there is mold out here just like any other place with very hot and humid weather.

I've been looking up properties and all I see are what I feel is over prices homes, under 1000ft 2 bed rooms older not in great shape and prices anywhere from 125k usd and up. Maybe because it's sites like American brand real-estate companies? Oh by the way I really loved your friend from LA retreat house that was amazing!!!
This video was filmed awhile back and yes the prices have changed in many cases due to inflation and demand. But rule of thumb, the easier it is to get info on a house the more expensive it will be. If you want to still find those hidden gems one must go out there and find them. They will not be on any website, let alone an english speaking one. In order to find a real deal one must go out there and find them these days. One the real estate bubble pops then you can find deals online again. Hope that helps. Happy Hunting!

But wanted to know of you had advice on What good wifi company and options for gaming and how can you check if the wifi has coverage in the area my family going to be and do phone plans have hotspot options like here in US for example verizon has 30 gb hotspot with everything else unlimited and 15 gb hotspot plan

What is the process in this situation?
A 1 year lease will be fine as we plan to get residency down the road.

Great question! I actually answer it in this video ua-cam.com/video/8lC65oxgYfI/v-deo.html But basically all you need is your passport, your FMM "tourist Visa" and the rent money plus deposits. Utilities are easy and depends on the rental. Most of the time the bills are in the owners names and you just pay them at the Oxxo. For more detailed information on what you need to know please make sure to check out that video. Good luck with everything!

She's just a real estate agent. The landlord is a person she's representing long enough to rent the joint and collect her commission....one month's rent. The important detail is the property....not Carol.
Very awkward constructions to many windows n doors, non sense rooms hahaaa . rooms within a hallway kitchens within rooms very confusing but thanks Jose love ur videos .

Hey Jose i know you have heard about non Mexicans coming down to Mexico and buying business out and putting small business out of business and causing Mexicans to lose there whole lives over this issue in mexico.umm myself i find this issue so disrespectful to the country and i think people should had came down and helped Mexicans expand to make more money instead of what's been going on and i know the way I would had done it has happen but there's a lot of noise over non Mexicans buying people out and losing out,but my question is would it not be better for people to help Mexicans expand instead of hurting the community?
