how i got mine was picked the quest up then went to one of the spawn area top map sank it at spawn area then fast travel to island near where the ghost ship quest is got out the micofry class looked to see if spector was there and it was

It does not. You can wait in the area and server hop and check to see if anyone has it as an active mission. If you aren't part of their group you'll only get 2 teeth though

I am almost concinced that they removed it from the loottable or at the very least drastically reduced drop chances. After 50 ghost ships still no blue specter, so I probably have to wait to farm the season 1 ghost ship for the mats to just craft it from the blueprint instead or just buy it off someone ingame.

How get vengeful essense ? I kill this ship somenetimes and nothing

Vengeful essence doesn't drop from the regular ghost ship, only from the season 1 Rode Maangodin ghost ship but that is timegated until the middle of march.

Mate I've beat this over 40 times not once have I got it so brought the blue print but again not once got vengeful essence it's crazy

I now have over 200 ashes from farming ship and not a single flame thrower has dropped. I've had friends get 2 in a row to drop. I'll buy or trade someone for it.

This is absolute cancer. First off the game is mostly made up of solo players. LITERALLY. I’m willing to bet the player base who even has 2-4 mates to group with is around 5% of the entire player base. The rest are solo players.
If this is where the good loot is at then they need match making mechanics for Boss fights. Plain and simple.
