    I like this "there's only one way to find out and that's by doing it" method in some of these barber methods. Definitely been overthinking it, finna chop my own wig soon. 😀

  • @darkhorse2reign
    @darkhorse2reign 2 місяці тому

    Really nice step by step. I appreciate this. I have a few comments based on learning from a lot of other videos and trying this on myself:
    1) Your skin is loose so use one hand to hold your scalp tight like you did with your beard.
    2) Go on ahead and go skin tight. Your fade is real nice so skin tight makes it extra crispy.
    3) You hair on the sides doesn't grow fwd. It grows DOWN from the crown of your head. 😂. That shit made me laugh but I think it may not matter as much for white hair. You good tho.
    4. Use the comb every now and again to make sure the hairs are still straight and ready to be cut. But I think w white hair it doesn't matter as much as it does for mine.
    5. I like that 3 panel mirror. I need that in my life even though I can get away with just a handheld.
    6. This cutting my own hair is a little addictive. And fun to try different techniques. Yours is a little more confusing for me but I'm still learning.

      @@DavidEscamilla153 Would you recommend starting with higher guards to try a fade that way if you mess it up you can just buzz it off? Otherwise I guess you can just go skinhead.
