This episode in a nutshell guys: You cried because you were sad as f*ck and you cried becase you were happy as f*ck. Elizabeth has to won an Emmy and a Golden Globe! Period!
This is honestly the most heartbreaking episode of a superhero tv show since the season 1 finale of The Flash. As a man who lost both his mom and then his home within a month of each other I know exactly the pain she feels. An impossibly overwhelming feeling of loss, exhaustion, and isolation that feels like you’re heart has become a black hole, pulling in all of the light and hope inside of you until you feel endless nothingness. And with the line from immensely wise Vision “For what is grief if not love persevering.” Wanda Maximoff has now become the most sympathetic character in the entire MCU for me.
Wanda created it out of a breaking point of emotions, but Agatha took advantage of it. So everything that wasn't pure sitcom type living was driven by Agatha.
Yeah, it's in the Agatha All Along lyrics and visuals... 🎶who's been messing up everything, who's been pulling every evil string🎶 Agatha is responsible for the random stuff that doesn't fit in with Wanda's sitcom world 💜
I see what you did there. That little ditty from "Once More With Feeling" from Buffy. Well played (especially since that was Anya's line and her actress is in this. Double well played).
The unpredictability of this show is amazing. Also, what the hell. This was the most emotional episode. The very IN YOUR FACE and instant bombing of their apartment, Vision's talk with Wanda's grief of Pietro, the delivery of "I can't feel you", the "where we grow old" letter?? Jesus, this was a LOT yet when it ended, we still wanted MORE.
@17:24, The West Coast Avengers Vision Quest issues 42-50 (I still have them in mint condition) where mysterious groups kidnap first the Vision and then the Scarlet Witch. In the meantime, U.S. Agent was forced upon the Avengers by the government leading to continual conflict with Hawkeye the group’s leader. This is a good lead up to Falcon and Winter Soldier.
In the old comics vision once died and was brought back to life by hank pym, which is when he turned white. So we can see the similarities. If my memories right dr. Doom at some point forces Wanda to sick white vision on the avengers. What a crazy episode
@@Joloki After being rebuilt, his emotions were completely gone. This contributed to Wanda having a breakdown and temporarily siding with her father, Magneto (Pre-House of M)
Vision being white could also be a reference to the name of the operation for getting vision back. It was called operation: cataract. Cataracts causes the vision to be clouded/blinded and the eye turns a pale, almost white blue. The color speaks for itself and obviously the operations purposes as to being vision back to life, but blind to who he is. So that they can freely use him as a weapon
Vision in the MCU has always had very poignant lines but the “what is grief, if not love persevering” always makes me tear up. I didn’t realize I could relate/love a comic book android so much. 😭

If it’s the darkhold then it would in no way be in their possession, you really think people in hell would just let that book just be in anybody’s hands?
I think that one's The Necronomicon, or something to that effect. Agatha did hint that she was capable of necromancy and wanted to try to resurrect Wanda's brother, but that she didn't have his body cause it was miles away. I don't think that that's the Darkhold cause last I remember... *[SPOILER ALERT FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO WATCH AGENTS OF SHIELD]* ...Ghost Rider took it to the Hell Dimension, during one of the episodes in Season 4, if I remember correctly.
@@jeffquinz2118 Correct about the AoS. Last episode of the season. The problem/question is if AoS is considered canon or not as Kevin Feige hasn't really confirmed if AoS is canon or not in the MCU, so it could still be the Darkhold. Vision theory time: Westview Vision is going to jump inside Cataract Vision, Neo style, and assimilate him. Perfect excuse to have sitcom fake Vision fulfill Ultron's dream and become a real Pinocchio boy.
My SO has a similar theory that I agree with. If you watch Wanda when she recreates Vision in the black and white world, the energy goes from Red (her power) to yellow (the Mind Stone). He seems to be completely made up of Mind Stone energy which she got from the Stone. His guess is that Mind Stone Energy Vision will be transferred into weapon Vision's body and will make him whole again.
During the run of this show, my mom passed away from COVID. This line..."But what is grief if not love persevering" was a balm for me during such a terrible time. Jay's tears resonate with me so deeply.

Can I just say thank you to you both for allowing your genuine emotions to show through? I know it's a react channel and all, but you guys aren't playing.
I was at various stages of almost crying until Wanda said "I can't feel you." Knowing she had to watch him die twice and then watch some human use his corpse for their twisted endeavors. She has no one to grieve with and nothing tying her to this reality. Who wouldn't feel tempted to create their own escape from agony?
Exactly. There reached a point where even the tv shows weren't enough of an escape for her. They got her through thing for years... But they weren't enough... She then needed to become a part of one. Because of all the pain and grief and loneliness. She has no one. So she made the loving family of her dreams.
6:14: You'll do realize after she said that she revealed she was only possessing "Fietro" and never revealed where he came from, which can imply that "Fietro" can still be Peter, remember we still have yet to see what happens with him and Monica, and considering that the next episode is the Finale we could get everything we hoped for, White Vision, Agatha, Wanda(Now Scarlet Witch), Normal Vision/Hex Vision(maybe),Pietro(revealed to be Peter), Monica, and Darcy with Jimmy too watch it all
This is what’s gonna happen: Wanda will merge the manifestation of her Vision inside the hex with the rebuild corporal form of the silver Vision. The sum of those two (body & mind) will be the new jumping off point for Vision going forward.
I truly hope that you’re right.Vision deserves to live on. Maybe he and Wanda have to be temporarily separated but I can deal with that but not another Vision death isn’t necessary and it isn’t right. How much more mental torture and heartbreak can Wanda endure?

That they ignore the actual information the show is giving to them in spite of it. Like with the whole quicksilver thing. A Nexus Being is one that exists in EVERY multiverse. In some, there might not be a Steve Rogers, in others there may not be a Peter Quill, and there was never a Janet van Dyne. But in every reality, there IS a Wanda Maximoff. She isn’t necessarily the same power or history wise, but a reflection of here does exist in every reality.

Jay's got to have the most purest and authentic reactions among the reaction videos universe, seeing him made me tear up again.
Me seeing kid Wanda happy, cue tears, never seen her happy like that before.
Vision and Wanda bonding, more tears.
Wanda not being able to feel Vision, even more tears.
White Vision coming online, me thinking, evil Vision or Ultron just came back.
What about the note from vision... "to grow old in... V." I cried for that. 😢

That’s no fly. It’s a cicada. Experienced those loud demon swarms in Nashville once. Wanda has had a whole hard knock life. I hope her and Monica form a strong friendship they both need.
Thank you for saying this about the cicada. We get them here in Ohio too and it keeps bugging me (unintentional pun) that people keep calling it a fly. LOL Jay and Adam aren't the only ones.
@@zombiemom7378 lol once you have seen them for real you can’t unsee them. I was traumatized! I wasn’t ready and had never heard of them prior to that. I thought they were locusts lol
Fucking cicadas. I'm from Nashville too. Maaan....biblical swarms lol traumatizing.
One thing to notice... in the Episode 7 mid credits scene, listen with the volume up. There is a pronounced chirping of a cicada until (fake) Pietro shows up.
Yea everyone calling it a fly. It's a locust
Paul Bettany completely trolling us with this cameo tease: "It’s an actor that I’ve longed to work with all of my life. We have some amazing scenes together and the chemistry between us is, I think, extraordinary. It’s just fireworks on set." Was actually him as white vision all along! Lol!!
I can't be the only one that thinks the way Hayward said the thing about bring a soulmate back heavily implies that he lost someone himself
I don’t think so but maybe, I think he said a way to pissed off Wanda because he call him “put it back online” and then he says “back to life”, for me it was kind of making fun of that
Or he is Mephisto
@@Joloki You definitely need to watch that scene again.
No... he is just manipulating her, trying to force her to recharge his weapon. He is a soulless villain, worse than Agatha by a long shot.
@@TempestLA I've been referring to him as the bad military man ever since I finished watching the episode. I don't care if he has a name, he's just a bad man and I don't like him.
This episode in a nutshell guys: You cried because you were sad as f*ck and you cried becase you were happy as f*ck. Elizabeth has to won an Emmy and a Golden Globe! Period!
"What is grief if not love persevering" has to be one of the deepest and heart warming quotes I've ever heard in my life
This is honestly the most heartbreaking episode of a superhero tv show since the season 1 finale of The Flash.
🎶who's been messing up everything, who's been pulling every evil string🎶
Agatha is responsible for the random stuff that doesn't fit in with Wanda's sitcom world 💜
i appreciate the emotions you guys elicit, I get more emotional in media then I do in real life sometimes. anyone can cry.
I see what you did there. That little ditty from "Once More With Feeling" from Buffy. Well played (especially since that was Anya's line and her actress is in this. Double well played).
Thank you!!!
Is it just me or did anyone else start screaming in excitement when they realize that Agnes Just Called Wanda A Nexus being like from the comics?????
Yes, but he became vision again eventually but it doesn’t love Wanda anymore
@@Joloki After being rebuilt, his emotions were completely gone. This contributed to Wanda having a breakdown and temporarily siding with her father, Magneto (Pre-House of M)
Vision being white could also be a reference to the name of the operation for getting vision back. It was called operation: cataract. Cataracts causes the vision to be clouded/blinded and the eye turns a pale, almost white blue. The color speaks for itself and obviously the operations purposes as to being vision back to life, but blind to who he is. So that they can freely use him as a weapon
Yep
Vision Quest in West Coast Avengers, circa 1989.
Vision in the MCU has always had very poignant lines but the “what is grief, if not love persevering” always makes me tear up. I didn’t realize I could relate/love a comic book android so much. 😭
When Teyonah Parris said WandaVision would have a sad ending I thought I was prepared. Marvel proved that their writers can just blast through any kind of emotional shields with this show.😪
"love persevering with the power of an infinity stone"... perfect!
"it could be witches, some evil witches"
I think I found a fan of Buffy the Vampire Slayer!! 😎
It's obviously bunnies...
“Once More... With Feeling!”
That seems to be the heart of this episode. All the FEELZ... to make everyone ugly cry. Damn you Marvel!
Bunnies, bunnies, it must be bunnies!
“They got the mustard...out! *They got the mustard out!*
“Nope, it’s not just us.”
I love watching you guys react because you guys have a great sense of humor but also because you guys have such deep emotional reactions to the exact same moments that hit me the hardest. Funny but never at the expense of taking the right scenes seriously
The "I cant feel you" nearly brought me to tears.
Just wanted to thank you two again for being such lovely reactors, and for being so openly emotional and vulnerable when what you're watching warrants it. :)
"We got druid bracers and we aren't even running a druid!" really got me, lmao. Good (frustrating) times.
Things I really appreciate: 1. Jay's love for Agatha Harkness and Kathryn Hahn. 2. Adam's Buffy musical reference, and subtle Community reference. Also, give bags of Emmys to Elizabeth Olsen and Kathryn Hahn. They deserve it.
And here's a question related to Dr. Strange: Could that book in Agatha's lair possibly be one of the forbidden books from the library in Kamar-Taj?
If it’s the darkhold then it would in no way be in their possession, you really think people in hell would just let that book just be in anybody’s hands?
@@Boibluu to be fair, books about dark dimension rituals and time manipulation were just...there.
I think that one's The Necronomicon, or something to that effect. Agatha did hint that she was capable of necromancy and wanted to try to resurrect Wanda's brother, but that she didn't have his body cause it was miles away.
I don't think that that's the Darkhold cause last I remember...
*[SPOILER ALERT FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO WATCH AGENTS OF SHIELD]*
...Ghost Rider took it to the Hell Dimension, during one of the episodes in Season 4, if I remember correctly.
Yep... the one, from the forbidden books library, that was missing, in Dr Strange...
@@jeffquinz2118 Correct about the AoS. Last episode of the season. The problem/question is if AoS is considered canon or not as Kevin Feige hasn't really confirmed if AoS is canon or not in the MCU, so it could still be the Darkhold.
I still hold to the belief that AoS is canon which makes this book impossible to be the Darkhold, but let's see if we find out in the last episode.
Edit: minor error of to many not's :D
I straight up teared up when that bomb hit the house. And here I thought I was the only one. The director knew exactly what they were doing, damn savage.

You know how savage the explosion was? I knew KNEW it was coming, was just waiting for it and I STILLLLLLL jumped when it went off. Like fuuuuuq man!
Assuming the Spectral Vision is not Ultron... Let's wait to hear whitch voice he'll be using. Bettany's or Spader's ? 🤣😈
I love the reveal that Fake Quicksilver was actually "my husband Ralph." 😂
I cried multiple times this episode and I am still a total mess. An incredible episode. Love your reactions. Hugs 🤗
During the run of this show, my mom passed away from COVID. This line..."But what is grief if not love persevering" was a balm for me during such a terrible time. Jay's tears resonate with me so deeply.
The roller coaster of emotions 2 grown ass men go through in this episode all but validates this show for me 😂😂😂 can’t get content like this anywhere else

Me: Oh God, I'm going to miss Vision
Can I just say thank you to you both for allowing your genuine emotions to show through? I know it's a react channel and all, but you guys aren't playing.
I was at various stages of almost crying until Wanda said "I can't feel you."
Knowing she had to watch him die twice and then watch some human use his corpse for their twisted endeavors.
Another great episode you guys. Jay getting emotional made me even more emotional than I think the episode did. And Adam with your great reference to Star Trek TNG with the B4 Data type situation. Great job guys.👍
This episode HURT me 🥺😭 She just wants to be happy
This is definitely my favorite episode. Marvel is putting on an absolute masterclass of storytelling. And as someone else said, tour de force by Lizzie Olsen. Powerful. Heart wrenching. Emotional.
The note from vision... "to grow old in... V." That hit me hard. 😢
Apparently, the first episodes _were_ recorded in front of a live studio audience, so they had the stage and audience seats for Agatha's golfclap scene.
Seriously a bag of Emmys for everyone. And I'm actually perfectly fine with them keeping episode 10 a secret. This is one of the shows (like Watchmen) where every episode lands. If you watched episode 1 again just after this... the range this show has asked of every actor is so gigantic...

Glad I'm not the only one who burst into the Buffy musical when Agatha said, "I have a theory." Especially with Anya literally in this show, was half hoping she would burst in and sing, "It could be bunnies..."
But what is denial, if not the Mephisto theory perservering?
I caught that Buffy Musical reference 😍 I rarely get anything like that so I had to say something 😂 I love the reactions!!! This episode made me cry and yell at my tv!!

@@ScionStorm1 don't get me wrong I have my own theories in my head, I just don't like having all these outside theories and how wrong they have been most of this series. I've seen so many reactors let down lol
@@CoutureThug I agree 100% too many reactors end up disliking things because it doesn’t line up with their head cannon theories
@@CoutureThug yeah, that's the downfall of reaction channels IMO. The good part is getting to see what others think about a show you have seen and liked... Like you would if you had a friend IRL into the same show. But theory crafting where the people are SO set on what they think will happen... That they ignore the actual information the show is giving to them in spite of it. Like with the whole quicksilver thing. The show has explicitly said, in the only way it can, that this Peter ISN'T the X-men one. And yet some people just... Kept that theory going waaay after the fact. Or the whole mephisto thing that people vehemently clung to despite there not being much evidence to prove that. Reading into things( like the fly (cicada) or devil centric lines) way too deep. But Yeah, I definitely agree with you that can be frustrating to see. There's good parts of watching reactors as well. But that's one of the bad ones.

She was able to destroy the Mind Stone in IW and now she created a new one with Chaos Magic (spontaneous creation)?🤯🤯🤯
What are Vision, Monica, "Pietro" and Darcy gonna do? 😱😱😱
I don't think she created a new mind stone. No one can do that. Instead, She has a strong connection to it and so a part of the mind stone lives through her.
@@umairbutt1355 well, she recreated Vision (with Chaos Magic, spontaneous creation) as he was (with a functioning Mind Stone included) vs the actual pale real Vision without it 🤷🏽♂️
@@jorgej.cruzhernandez9247 Don't think she created the actual Mind Stone, but rather a lookalike to how she remembered Vision. These are Infinity Stones, you don't just create or replicate them. No one's even done that in the comics. But then again, who knows?
