They showed a Deadpool and Wolverine trailer before these episodes so I thought that meant Deadpool would be in the episode and flirt with Death like in the comics but that was just a separate thing😭
For a covenless witch, Agatha sure learnt a lot from her coven. She used Alice's protection spell and circle to try to protect herself from Rio, remembered Lilia telling her to hit the deck, and tried to use water and moonlight to heal herself like Jen did to Teen. She even got her purple back, thanks to Billy. They were all there with her in the final battle. You could even say Sharon was there when Agatha's body turned into all those flowers 😆
I love that Agatha didn't trade her son for the Darkhold. She just lets other witches assume that since that'd make them fear her all the more. She only seeked out the Darkhold to keep death away from her as long as she could!
@ryanjohnson781 I like to think Death and Agatha became a couple right around the time she killed her first coven in 1693. Then 50 years pass, and they have their falling out over her stillborn
@ Nah, that's not the reason. Lillia and Jen haven't been going around murdering witches absorbing their power/life, and they've been alive for centuries too. Pretty sure witches can just make themselves live longer/or just naturally live longer.
After the finale, this song has a whole new meaning. This whole song is literally just the story of Nicholas and Agatha. Which s perfect cause the Road never existed. Nicholas and Agatha created this song as they just went... down down down the road....

That scene when Jennifer keeps saying “you hold nothing” was one of the most impactful scenes. It almost gave me a sense they touched on slavery almost. Being bound to a person and when she finally got her power back, there was a sense of freedom.
I got the same feeling from that scene. I’ve been getting that feeling from her entire arc. She is a root worker which is an ancestral practice that has direct ties to slavery. The show never comes right out and says it but it feels heavily implied that that’s what they’re going for.
It hits even harder when you rewatch it with the context of how Nicky died. Also when you think back to Wandavision, Agatha was non stop trying to get Wanda to show her how to bring someone back from the dead. She was trying to get Nicky back. 😢
I really love how agatha's son didn't die because she trade his soul for the darkhold, he simply died because like she said, sometimes boys die, that's so much more tragic than her meeting mephisto or something, it was a perfect subvertion of expectation. Seriously this show ended up being waaayyy better than anyone expected, please let us see this characters again
I have NEVER seen a tv show go the route of having what really truly felt like the season finale and actually be setup for the real finale. I was so nervous that it would fumble the ending after having such an amazing previous episode, but damnit it stuck the landing. Especially with showing Agatha’s heartbreaking origin story with her son. I do hope that however we continue Agatha and Billy’s story (whether it’s a season 2 or the plot of Vision Quest or some other show). Because I want to see more of these characters.
Buffy did it on the last two episodes of season 4. And Billy has a Buffy poster on his room, so it is not a stretch that Jac use it as one of her inspirations.
I absolutely loved the scene of Billy helping his brother find a new body, and that it was in someone who had no family who would miss him. That along with the mind blowing reveal that HE created the Witch’s Road completely on accident shows how INSANELY overpowered he is, as the son of the Scarlet Witch should be. I still hate that Lillia, Alice and even Sharon died and weren’t somehow saved in the end, and I hate that Billy was indirectly responsible for their deaths, but I do love that he memorialized them and will from now on do his best to never repeat his mistakes and end up like Wanda. Still he managed to save Jennifer Kale and help get her power back.
TBH I LOVED that they DID die! Because....it makes his character MUCH more nuanced he is not completely good ....or evil. He is just someone learning about having an unbelievable amount of power but no experience or training.
Billy is massively overpowered more so than death and wanda while i doubt they will show him bringing them back he could as it is within his power to able to as Billy in the comics becomes basically a god of reality that transcends fundamental forces
Oh, gosh, she lists to Nicky what she needs/wants: to heal him, to protect him, to divine death. She always needed a coven, a potions witch, a protection witch, and a divination witch. Imagine if she stopped trying to distract Rio with bodies and followed her son’s idea of living with witches. Would they have been happier? Would he have lived longer?
When I watched the episode I almost hoped someone would confront her aobut it. Had she colaborated with other witches earlier, maybe other witches could help her son... And in fact they did help her new "son figure", which is maybe her biggest lesson from the road.
@@vgautamkrishna5197 Sure, a non-protection witch's protection spell wasn't strong enough. A protection witch may have been able to do more. We don't know that she'd be completely unaffected by a proper practitioner. However, we do know that Lilia, a divination witch, can and has divined death many times in her life, even divining her specific actions. So, we know for sure Agatha would have gotten the answer to when Rio would return, etc.
@@ladynoluckdeath is inevitable. The show literally said that. “This is futile” Agatha knows death cannot be defeated. She is killing witches as a gift to death but “sometimes, boys just die.” Love the origin story of Agatha. Like most villains, they are just misinterpreted by society.
It's amazing to see that the moment Agatha knew that Teen is Billy is when the door appeared. She recognized the reality bending tendencies of a Maximoff feeling intense emotions - Wanda's Grief and Billy's fear of dying by the hands of the Salem Seven. Agatha knew All Along that she was navigating the illusion of Billy. She just snapped when Billy told her that he NOT would kill just to get what he want because he was unknowingly being a hypocrite. He was subconsciously killing them to further his journey.
He didn't kill them at all. He created the road but he doesn't control what happens on the road. Mrs. Davis died because her hair wasn't put in the potion and she drank two glasses of wine. Alice was drained of her magic and life force by Agatha. Lilia gave her life to kill the Salem witches and save her coven. He didn't kill the boy, he put his brother's soul in a dead body.
@@haileyhagg594 Billy kills them by creating a world, for example, where Sharon not getting two doses of the antidote would kill her. Billy says he would never do such a thing and Agatha says "ARE YOU SUUUUUUUUURE?" She has a point.
He created the Earth and there are people killing each other. The road itself is not killing these people, it's the actions of others that get them killed. Agatha killed Alice, Lilia sacrificed herself, and everyone forgot about Mrs. Davis because they were fighting to survive which makes it an accident.
Brilliant!!! The way The Ballad was used was magnificent. And watching the whole series again now puts quite a few things into place and makes it make sense that Agatha acts the way she does, because she also doesn't know what's going on
This show was so clever. “Agatha All Along” indeed. What a cool setup for the future without feeling like a post credit scene that will just be forgotten about or take forever to get paid off. This show really was about death at its core. Phenomenal writing all around. Episode 8 being the true finale and then 9 feeling like an epilogue with genuine answers really was a breath of fresh air honestly. The last 3 episodes totally re contextualized the first 6 in such a meaningful way, looking forward to rewatching with context. Give Jac whatever she wants in the MCU going forward.
@@lilbrownbear I don't think he was technically considered a coven member was he? At least not in his mind while he was going through it. From what Agatha told him you needed to use the song to open the door, he didn't sing the song with them. He created the road but didn't take part in "opening it" the way it was "supposed to be opened."
@ApartDragonFruit he was literally the one who assembled the coven. it was HIS coven. ofcourse he's a member. "i tend to kill my coven members" "so do i"
And it's much comic accurate tho since she is a spirit too in comics She is the one who guides scarlet witch walking the witches road in the comic as a spirit
Agatha backstory is really tragic, she kills witch not just power but to prolong Nicolas life from death, Wiccan and Agatha now going to vision quest next.
Really? I thought she K for fun the whole time. It makes sense now how he was gone that night after he refused to help her mom to garner more victims. After his D, did she continue doing it to escape D? I don't think they explain much between D and A.
Idk about that one, the rumors say vision quest involves vision"s family. Yep he took a page from wanda's book and made his own fam. Vision Quest will be Viv's intoduction
Agatha was already witch murderer long before Nicholas, and there’s nothing really suggesting Death gave Nicholas borrowed time in exchange for Agatha continuously offering bodies. Agreeing to Agatha’s pleas for more time was a gift and not a transaction.
After my "lead up to the finale" rewatch I note the following: At no point does Rio ever lie. She misleads, tricks, and omits, but she never says anything that is not entirely the truth. Kathryn's hands only ever stop moving when she's making a dramatic point. Joe Locke's eyes give so much away. Who or what he chooses to look at, or when, reveals a lot of secrets.
After watching the finale, I noticed that when seeing the shoes in ep 8 and seeing Billy and Jen grieving those who died, she tells them to "get them bronzed!" if they care so much. And then in Billy's room we can see three bronze-ish shoes 👀
Rio is Death and despite her being an antagonist in the series, she is actually a true Neutral individual trying to keep the balance. Also in the finale when we get that montage of all the witches road covens dying at Agatha's con the time of day changes. the first coven she kills in broad daylight, and it gets progressively darker with each time skip until they are in the darkness of the basement at the dead of night. Also the magical glow behind the door was blue like Billy's power, hinting early on that it was him who created it and not Agatha (who has been coded purple), Rio (who is coded green) or regular witches (who are coded yellow)
I'm amazed at how this show went from being one of my least anticipated Marvel tv shows to one of my top 3, right up there with Loki s2 which is my favourite. Hell, it might even be in my top 10 MCU projects. When I saw the trailer, I was slightly intrigued but I wasn't expecting much, just a potentially fun witchy time, which turned out to be true for the first few episodes. But these last 3 episodes caught me completely by surprise. Some of the best storytelling Marvel has done imo.
Loved it! The ballad being a con, that's so Agatha. And Billy, creating the Road, that's so Wanda. This was a good TV series indeed. Imo, here's my Top 3 rating: 1st WandaVision, 2nd Loki S1 and S2, and AAA is my 3rd.
what an amazing finale 💥 Kathryn Hahn is a gem. Thank you for making her Agtha. Ep 8 is my favourite...Joe and Aubrey nailed their roles. I almost ended up crying 😭 One of the Marvel's best fianle since Loki 2 ❤️ Cannot wait what the future brings. It was an amazing journey down the road 🤍 waiting for Vis Questttt
Also, when Agatha was going to do the power grab in the basement, the reason it didn't work was because she specifically told Lilia she can only steal their power if they blast her first. She conned herself in her own power grab. None of the other witches from the past knew that, but Lilia clocked it and cancelled her attempt at the con.
I think they eventually would have ignored Lilia’s warning had the door not appeared. Which was Agatha’s calculated gamble when she told Lilia how her power works. She was relying on her ability to piss them off enough to get them to blast her anyway. But she never would have gotten Sharon or Jen to blast her because they didn’t have magic
The car was always there since episode 2 when he parked it next to Agathas house, after they recruited the other witches. Why wouldn't he use it again, after all missing 24 hours is easier to explain than loosing a car 😂
It’s great how this really came together into a story of two people desperate to deny death. I love that between Billy and Agatha we have a character clinging onto life for life’s sake, who sees life as the ultimate good, and a character running away from death not because she really wants to live, she just wants to die *less.*
This was my first thought when Nicky started singing. Coven 2 is Agatha and Nicky. She knows the lyrics better than Lorna because she actually created them.
And Senor Scratchy is Rabbit used in a Magic Trick. How long can you use Magic to trick a Cosmic Being, I wonder? How long can you trick yourself into thinking the End isn't coming?
One hell of an episode. Both episodes were spectacular. When it came to Bill's story it was a reverse Kaiser Soze that he pulled off so well. He like his mom Wanda Maximoff created his own reality with the Witches road. It's a mirroring story because episode 9 really fills in the blank to episode 8 ending with Agatha saving Billy Maximoff/Wiccan. This was Agatha All Along's redemption story with saving Billy from Death as she came to collect her son in episode 9's flashback and Agatha didn't want history to repeat itself. She wanted to right her wrongs. Its literally Billy All Long with the ending scene of episode 8. Then we get the comic accurate Wiccan costume and that cinematic shot of Death's real look with partial skeleton face looked beautiful. Agatha appearing as a ghost to Wiccan is a comic panel with her appearing as ghost to Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch.
35:05 when agatha absorbed the powers of the first witches the baby went from uber pale to pink skin; she's keeping him alive by absorbing witches for more time for death.
@@netbatheticyes, but it is kind of implied that she uses that power to keep Nicky healthy. During the bell stealing scene, one of the witches says that he looks sick or something, then Agatha steals some witches’ powers. Then again during the song scene, he’s seen coughing, and then Nicky prevents Agatha from killing that coven, and THAT night that Agatha didn’t drained anyone, is exactly when Nicky dies. It could be that she’s healing him with drained magic to prevent him from dying, OR that Rio is tailgating them and that’s when he starts to get sick, and Agatha killing so many witches distracts Rio enough for them to keep moving
In that moment I thought maybe she feeds him their magic? Because later he asks “can’t you make me some food?” Like he wasn’t feeling so well to help on the con that gets him “fed”. But then I got a bit confused why she kept on killing witches, I guess just to feel more powerful?
She has been killing witches for death all along for some reason. That's why the show is named so. Because the moment she stopped killing witches, death was following her. Once she became free of wanda's spell, death tried to kill her for not bringing witches. The demise of her son was just supposed to be natural. I don't know, a lot of theories have already passed in a day. It should have been narrated in a better way.
This is why I say endings matter the most, loved the show from the start but this ending just made it more special and the rewatchability is awesome. Loved comic accurate Agatha in the end, Wiccan's costume was awesome, Episode 9 being a sort of epilogue was beautiful can't wait to see Billy and Agatha in future stuff and can we be getting more double barrel finales more often please 😊. Also loved Coy's arc the most in all of this.
Great finale!. This show certainly has some of the best connectivity, they clearly had a plan from begininning to end and weaved it in effortessly. Thought they explored all the characters really well and this excites me very much for what's to come. Brilliant acting overall, Joe Locke is very talented, really made me care for his character, had a genuine authenticity to him. Kathryn Hahn is extremely enteraining, she brings much energy and life to her character. Great show!
Joe Locke. A Breakthrough role in Agatha All Along. The Best re-Introduction of a Character in the MCU. Seeing Wiccan float into Agatha’s backyard during her battle with Death was such a powerful reveal of Billy’s Wiccan costume and the effects of his powers. He looked so powerfully comic book accurate and I felt the pages of Marvel lore come to life so perfectly. One of the best characters brought to life from the pages of comics to the MCU.
Agatha actually remained a villain until the end. Props. 😂 Thought for sure we'd get her turning good-ish. And even though the others died, it's nice the coven we followed actually made positive developments in their lives. Except Sharon Davis. She can't catch a break from Wanda or Billy, lol.
@@nataliehurd2532 I think it was supposed to be obvious, so I was genuinely confused on how many people didn't get it before Agatha told Billy the ballad was a trick (and even after that, many still believe the road existed before Agatha/Nicky).
THE PHOTORAPHY, THE ART DIRECTION, THE ACTING/WRITING... so so so so so fucking great! Death is seriously my favorite. Billy is a heavy weight and has sooo much more to contribute to this timeline and I can't wait, Joe Locke was a PERFECT CHOICE!!!!!!!!!!! ALSO, I am all for Billy's return to his Subaru Forester. that thing will last forever and so worth coming back to hahaha
LFG!!!!! I love how wiser Agatha became when she is in ghost form, and the suit she wore in it is gorgeous. Also, Wiccan's suit is accurately made, and its beautiful. Finishing off the series with a two parter finale is the best way to go.
I love that the show gave us reveals that everyone pretty much predicted, but were still satisfying because of well they were executed (ie, Teen being Billy, Rio being death, and to some extent Billy creating the road, which many did predict, but it wasn’t as universally expected as the other two) but also ended with a twist that no one (at least no one that I’m aware of) had even considered as a possibility (the road being a con of Agatha’s creation all along). I also love that it explained a lot of things but left many details open to interpretation. I know a lot of people wanted more details about Rio and Agatha’s history, but I think the show gave us more than enough to understand what was going on while leaving plenty of room for viewers to create their own story of how they came together. Ultimately the how of it doesn’t affect the plot or even the relevant emotional beats, so I am personally glad they didn’t waste their limited run time on it.
The song Agatha and Nicholas made started with "down the winding road", exactly what we heard in the Matthew Mayfield version at the start of Episode 1.
30:46 this reveal showing how they pulled it from the movie “Usual Suspects” particularly the last scene when the whole story was made up and told from all the items in the room. Great story telling 👌🏽
BTW, Billy's car was there because he was parked in front of Agatha's house. She literally said the "morgue" was her basement. It was house and yard being trashed in the final battle.
Well Agatha has never been on the Witches’ Road because it never existed until Billy believed it was real. But Agatha has been “walking” the Witches’ Road for many many years.
what almost made me cry (along with her using the wisdom of the other witches of her coven in the final fight) was that part of the flashback where Agatha told her son that she can do so much stuff (mostly damaging) with her magic, but she cannot "use her purple" to magic a meal for him (warp and create reality out of nothing like Wiccan, and Wanda), she cannot heal him (Jenn's potions and healing knowledge), she cannot protect him (like Alice, a protection witch) and she cannot divine when death will come for him again (like Lilia divined future dangers and many other events)... she always needed her coven! THIS coven that we ended up knowing and loving in these few episodes. she just didn't know it yet. i don't think she ever realised it, at least not til it was too late, in the afterlife. but what sweet full-circle moments these two scenes were 💜
33:04 Because she is death, if death resurrected everyone she wanted, no one would die at all That's the "natural order of things", that's the "sacred balance" billy broke by coming back and bringing his brother back When someone dies, they die, no come back, no escape, no second chance, it's sad, but it's how it works, that's how it's SUPPOSE to work, and it's her job as the cosmic manifestation of Death to ensure that it always, ALWAYS works that way
that is not true, death is definitely flawed and not 100% comitted to an extent. she gave Nicki 6-7 more years of life when he was supposed to die. she even told agatha she recieved "special treatment" more than anyone. on top of that. she also gave billy and agatha an option where billy ("the abomination) walks away free after dodging death. and even after agathas death. she still proceeds to let him go like he isnt going against her "natural order". death also made a deal with agatha to never see her again which is probably why agatha is a ghost and not in an afterlife. and to finish it off she let billy go after the fact that he once again rejected death by bringing tommy back to life.
@@raul741 Nikki died, didn't he? It might have been after, but he did die Just like Agatha died, although she didn't go to the after life she did die Billy didn't die because he's destined for something much greater, he will literally be a God in the future, even greater than Rio, and his existence will be something necessary As for Tommy, he's just human, he'll die eventually with no second chances You see? There's no flaw here, just like Agatha killing herself: It was a calculated risk
@@marcusbourne2366 she killed the witches to absorb enough power and strength to fight death but I agree on keeping her distracted. but agatha told nicki she couldn't heal him. death prolonged nicki's life. she literally told agatha "all i can give you is time"
I never really understood why she was killing all the witches it couldn’t have just been for power but now it makes sense when she said survival she was trying to protect Nicky for as long as she could by trading souls to give him a decent life and probably to make it up to rio for giving him those extra years. I think deep down Nicky understood this and he was on borrowed time so he didn’t wake it was like he was accepting of it.
@ I think she did it because her connection to her humanity at least what she had left in her was gone so she turned cold completely until billy looking after him and getting to know him and than meeting him again he probably chipped away at her cold heart. He definitely reminded her of Nicky.
But even before that, Rio and her were already lovers. She had already started killing witches, ever since her first coven and then when her mother tried to kill her. I do believe Agatha at first killed because she thought that's who she was meant to be. Her own mother said she was born evil. She was an odd one out, with her ability to take power from others. So maybe that's what she was supposed to do, right? Being with Nicky for a longer time just gave that act a new purpose, I think.
I think she believed that other witches would kill her, if they knew what amd who she is. She is basically theirs natural enemy and they will get rid of her before she targets them. So she kills them before they learn truth and target them. Also, at this point, she was already hunted by Salem seven and probably others. She saw other witches as enemies no matter what. And she doesn't keep her enemies around, she destroy them.
When I first watched these episodes last night, I wasn't sure how to feel about this "it was Billy's magick" stuff. But still, the road helped Jen get her powers back, Alice to overcome her curse and Lilia to fulfill her destiny. Think about how they were in the second episode. Lonely and struggling. I just hope to see Jen again. This was really missing for me.
John 33:54 “That was quick, all things considered”… As a middle aged momma and Registered Nurse, she was probably laboring for hours; 3 stages of labor: Early- 24-48 hours contractions are more mild and irregular; Active stage when dilation occurs from 3-7cm and lasts average 8 hours; Transition stage contractions are very intense and dilation from 7-10cm on average 3 hours; women can’t push until they reach 10cm…. So probably not that quick 😂
It makes sense if we go to this route or we can wait till Agatha can make herself solid again Remember she can grab things from mortal world before the series really end... Maybe she can make herself solid in the future 😅
Could Wanda do it? Maybe years from now when Billy finds Tommy and the whole family is reunited, Wanda thanks Agatha for helping her kids that way. Or her and Billy combined can do it? Maybe we'll see Rio again? So many possibilities
I thought this was a fantastic finale, and it put Agatha All Along in my top three of the MCU shows! I really enjoyed every episode, and every single performance was beyond amazing! I can see myself rewatching this show many times. I know some people had suspected that Billy was the one to create the Road, but it was such a great performance from Joe Locke when he realized that he was the one to create it and that it was his creation that killed Sharon, Alice, and Lilia. I really didn't know where they would go after episode 8, but those flashbacks were amazing! The moment Nicholas started humming the Ballad, I started to realize that he was the one to write it, and my heart started breaking. I realized why Agatha and Jen had argued over the lyrics, because she knew what it was all meant to say, and then watching her just continue using the Ballad to keep surviving, knowing she'd lost him, and later admitting to Billy that she couldn't face him was super emotional and made most of her actions make sense. Ghost Agatha looks fantastic, and I can't wait to see Kathryn and Joe come back to find the rest of the family! Jen's unbinding was also really good, and it was cool to see her get to fly off at the end. I hope we get to see her again, but I'm happy with her ending if she never reappears.
I was literally just about to comment that. That underwater birth was really visually stunning as well. And I believe Ms. Marvel was our first official mutant (if we leave out Xavier's cameo in MoM).
"Who wants this? Who asked for this? Why do we want to follow this character?" We heard all those questions when it came to Andor. So far 2 for 2 on those shows being fantastic and the best of the Disney+ shows of their universes.
SPOLIERS: LOOK AWAY! It really was Agatha All Along! 😉 If you know, you know. She pulled a fast one on the witch community for centuries. This was such a beautiful ending to this show. The final episode recontextualizes the entire ballad and the journey on the road in such a perfect way, and I respect the show so much for executing properly and even attempting to go this route at all. Congratulations to the amazing Agatha All Along team on making such an incredible show! 👏🏽🔮✨️ Making TV is incredibly hard, and they managed to pull it off excellently!

I think there’s no way they won’t continue their adventures, with the obvious set up of going to find Tommy. And Jen could return to help in some way
They have such great chemistry.
Dark Auntie Mame.
Seriously, it's like they gave us what we expected from a generic Marvel series finale, then went 'Sike!'
@ what’s generic about the scene of Agatha helping Billy find his brother?
Buffy did it on the last two episodes of season 4. And Billy has a Buffy poster on his room, so it is not a stretch that Jac use it as one of her inspirations.
Notice how Agatha has her eyes closed when she and Rio kiss? *She kept her word and didn’t see Death’s face when she died.*
I thought she didn't see her face because she was a ghost.
@ Not at that point. Agatha isn’t dead yet and Rio exists before her.
And Rio kept her word by making Agatha a ghost. Trapped in Limbo.
Well i mean most people do kiss with their eyes closed, but I guess that also makes sense lol
Who kisses with their eyes open 😅
Joe killed it in this show. The fact that this is his second on screen job is crazy. Can't wait to see Billy in more projects
I love Agatha's line that sometimes little boys just die.
TBH I LOVED that they DID die! Because....it makes his character MUCH more nuanced he is not completely good ....or evil. He is just someone learning about having an unbelievable amount of power but no experience or training.
@ yeah but you can tell from the animosity that he has towards Wanda that he absolutely doesn’t want to become corrupted by power like she did.
No because death is unaffected by all those spells just like she blew away protection spell
@ I never said Nicky would become immortal?? 😭
He was subconsciously killing them to further his journey.
not really an illusion tho, reality warping. he just created it
He didn't kill them at all.
@@jondavwal13 if we're going by your logic, then God is a murderer as well.

"Is this how Nicky died"
Yes. Literally. He joins Death voluntarily. So you walking to her willingly is that all over again.

Yeah but just cause agatha won't see death doesn't mean death won't see agatha and has actually given up on her (and billy).
That was a literal KISS OF DEATH 💜
Damn, if that's true, Death loves Agatha. She must have been heartbroken when she now became a ghost - something she hates
@shadowx8145 There have also been rumors of a Wiccan series that surfaced a year ago and again more recently so that's a possibility
After my "lead up to the finale" rewatch I note the following:
At no point does Rio ever lie.
I personally can’t wait to rewatch this based on the last two episodes. Jac Schaffer is very good at this
@@heyitsmira17I totally missed that
Rio is Death and despite her being an antagonist in the series, she is actually a true Neutral individual trying to keep the balance.

Nailed it! The ending was awesome they explained everything beautifully and had the two main characters walk off together to start a new chapter.
Loved it! The ballad being a con, that's so Agatha. And Billy, creating the Road, that's so Wanda. This was a good TV series indeed. Imo, here's my Top 3 rating: 1st WandaVision, 2nd Loki S1 and S2, and AAA is my 3rd.
My Top 3 is: Loki, AAA and Wandavision.

She only needed one of their blasts to get her powers back
The magic was blue,, Billy's color when they opened the door to the road...that's when I knew it was him after they revealed his true identity...
I loved the reveal that 'The Ballad of The Witches Road' was just a fun song that Agatha and her son made up. 🙂
It wasn’t just a fun song though, it was their journey together and her trying to protect him while on their journey.
What a special episode
The song's composers, Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez, redefined the concept of "remixing a song" in this series.
Legit tho! So many variations of the same song 🎵
The parallel of him and Wanda.
The difference is... He has a CAR. His mother goes with magic, he goes with Gas.
Wanda also has a car tho, but she threw it to Agatha.
@michaelrobosa146 lmfao. That's why she chose to fly away of Westview. That still stands 😂😂
I love the image of Billy/Wiccan in full superhero suit, getting in his Subaru and driving home.
Someone put it on Coy’s video but where Agatha gets corrected for ‘Coven of Two’ to ‘Coven True’ in the early episode is beautiful.
This was my first thought when Nicky started singing. Coven 2 is Agatha and Nicky. She knows the lyrics better than Lorna because she actually created them.
The last two episodes were incredible so many shocking moments and man Kathryn Hahn gave one hell of a performance

This is just wishful thinking, sorry but that isnt stated anywhere
She was killing witches before he was born and after her son death
Y’all she’s just a serial killer. She just loved killing, lol. It’s probably why her and Death hit it off in the first place.

Agatha actually remained a villain until the end. Props. 😂 Thought for sure we'd get her turning good-ish. And even though the others died, it's nice the coven we followed actually made positive developments in their lives. Except Sharon Davis. She can't catch a break from Wanda or Billy, lol.

Hahah 28:10 Billy drove there from Eastview the day before! The Road brought him back to Westview, then he drove his car back to Eastview. 😂
The song Agatha and Nicholas made started with "down the winding road", exactly what we heard in the Matthew Mayfield version at the start of Episode 1.
the reveal that billy made the road real is so well done!
Death is simply on the clock. And in love with Agatha. She has duty but also loves someone. They are both equally complex character. Have fun!
Yeah them combining the last two episodes for the finale drop makes perfect sense.
Well Agatha has never been on the Witches’ Road because it never existed until Billy believed it was real.
But Agatha has been “walking” the Witches’ Road for many many years.

The ultimate con... and it was Agatha All Along. I see what you did there Marvel 👏🏻
what almost made me cry (along with her using the wisdom of the other witches of her coven in the final fight) was that part of the flashback where Agatha told her son that she can do so much stuff (mostly damaging) with her magic, but she cannot "use her purple" to magic a meal for him (warp and create reality out of nothing like Wiccan, and Wanda), she cannot heal him (Jenn's potions and healing knowledge), she cannot protect him (like Alice, a protection witch) and she cannot divine when death will come for him again (like Lilia divined future dangers and many other events)... she always needed her coven! THIS coven that we ended up knowing and loving in these few episodes. she just didn't know it yet. i don't think she ever realised it, at least not til it was too late, in the afterlife. but what sweet full-circle moments these two scenes were 💜
33:04 Because she is death, if death resurrected everyone she wanted, no one would die at all
That's the "natural order of things", that's the "sacred balance" billy broke by coming back and bringing his brother back
When someone dies, they die, no come back, no escape, no second chance, it's sad, but it's how it works, that's how it's SUPPOSE to work, and it's her job as the cosmic manifestation of Death to ensure that it always, ALWAYS works that way
Then she’d hate the comics
that is not true, death is definitely flawed and not 100% comitted to an extent. she gave Nicki 6-7 more years of life when he was supposed to die. she even told agatha she recieved "special treatment" more than anyone. on top of that. she also gave billy and agatha an option where billy ("the abomination) walks away free after dodging death. and even after agathas death. she still proceeds to let him go like he isnt going against her "natural order". death also made a deal with agatha to never see her again which is probably why agatha is a ghost and not in an afterlife. and to finish it off she let billy go after the fact that he once again rejected death by bringing tommy back to life.
@@raul741 Nikki died, didn't he? It might have been after, but he did die
Just like Agatha died, although she didn't go to the after life she did die
Billy didn't die because he's destined for something much greater, he will literally be a God in the future, even greater than Rio, and his existence will be something necessary
As for Tommy, he's just human, he'll die eventually with no second chances
You see? There's no flaw here, just like Agatha killing herself: It was a calculated risk
@@raul741it was Agatha that prolonged Nicky’s life by killing witches to to distract death from her son.
And then she kept doing it to escape Death, omg
Coy's face at the end. I can just hear the whispers of "Demiurge" from the star.

Point to be noted :Agatha knows billy can reincarnate her back into a body
It makes sense if we go to this route or we can wait till Agatha can make herself solid again
Remember she can grab things from mortal world before the series really end...
Agatha's ending was incredible and very COHERENT, overall GRADE 10!!

I hope we get to see her again, but I'm happy with her ending if she never reappears.
i absolutely love how she appeared to nicky as rio not death so she didn’t scare him
32:17 Wasn’t Namor’s birth already depicted? So technically that makes him both the first Marvel birth _and_ first official mutant.
I was literally just about to comment that. That underwater birth was really visually stunning as well.
And I believe Ms. Marvel was our first official mutant (if we leave out Xavier's cameo in MoM).
nah ms marvel was the first mutant to have her own show or movie
@@trashbangcorporationMs. Marvel was the first reveal, but Namor was first chronologically
I have rewatched this series 4 times now , hope mcu putting out smth like this more
I really hope we see Jen in the future I love her
William had died before Billy found his body and restarted his heart by taking it over. We heard his heart stop.
Shout out to the cosmic wonder for his theory for the witches road not being real and being made up by Agatha
New Rockstars also theorized that.
Fight!
I think this felt like a more complete story than Wanda Vision. I really enjoyed it. It's definitely up there for me.
He didn;t even find his brother, even tho he saw him in a vision🙄
@shawnwilliams7757 In no way does that make it a less complete story than Wanda Vision.
@@nathanmiller9918 HE-DIDN'T-FIND-HIS-BROTHER.
@@shawnwilliams7757 That's not what the story was about, silly.
@@nathanmiller9918 True.
If you know, you know. 👏🏽🔮✨️
Making TV is incredibly hard, and they managed to pull it off excellently!
As a parent of a terminally ill child, I have to say the flashback scenes from Episode 9 hit HARD. That is all.
One of the few Marvel Disney+ shows to absolutely nail the ending. Very re-watchable with all the reveals. It will be fun to go back and try to notice all the details.
It was Billy all along
Well he does have the same tell as his mother.
OMG FINALLY I WAS WAITING FOR YOU GUYS TO POST
thanks for being patient!
