Actually after further listening, without consideration to the history (love the Hauser history!), the Tobias Braun is so open sounding and articulate with the just the right depth and resonance. They are all beautiful works of art
He just flows!
This is really spectacular. Thank you!
Nice playing Tavi you have a huge repertoire now. Love hearing you play
That Hauser III is so warm and sweet sounding. Most of that is Tavi's incredible tone production but the guitar is wonderful.
His interpretation of De Visèe's Bouree is phenomenal. He plays it with such power, energy and feel. I haven't heard anyone play it quite like him. Well done!
que Magnífico,Extraordinário, bravo bravo muito Bom,uma perfeita execução.Eu conheci essa peça com 17 anos e fiquei encantado,e agora essa perfeita execução!
This is a very lovely rendition played with feeling and understanding.
Me encantó en general la obra,en especial la claridad y sonoridad que le diste a la guitarra, felicitaciones maestro!!
Hermoso sonido y hermosa ejecución.Felicitaciones!
What beautiful tone, just so nice.
Bravo! Beautiful sound! Thankx
I love Hauser Ⅲ. very beautiful instrument and good timbre really.
I'll take the Fritz Ober guitar any time. Bravo to Tavi. Well played
Congrats! Great interpretation, powerful played! Well.... all these guitars sound good. The most urgent thing is your art of playing. Sound comes from the players fingers! You are phantastic!
The prelude was incredible!
Magnifique. Merci.
Buenísimas Guitarras y una interpretación múy precisa.😉
Perfectly played
Perfect job Tavi. You can open your own guitar shop now. Why not. Be your own boss is everybody's dream. You don't have to play for Guitar Salon International. Just give better price than GSI you'll be rich in no time since we all love your style. Think about that!!!
I love this piece.
I was just playing this yesterday. Nice to hear it played well.
Bravo, I only made it to the middle of the serenade so far. What a joy to learn from him, my other transcription were less satisfactory.
All of the six guitars sounds very good. The reason for this is so simple - the tone depends 90% from the player. Awesome!!!
What a guitar tone (1st guitar). He's a real pro, but listen to the clarity and depth of that guitar.
Outstanding Playing!!!!
懐かしい曲だ。誠実に、丁寧にひく好感が持てる演奏だ。
Man that Hauser III!!! wow. Tavi is the man!
Totally focused discipline, but lets the music breathe. Very nice use of string sonorities, moves his right hand between the bridge/sound hole and has varied nail strokes. Unlike many current players who sound one dimensional- they don’t move around. Bravo Maestro Jinariu...
Jinariu, one of the best guitarist of the world.
Raúl Calderón 🙄
😵
Not sure about that...
Yes!
I like them all but I have to win lotto before taking them home Somehow , just one is enough to make me happy .....avi is a real good and "serious" player. Thank you.
To me 1986 Hauser III is the 1st price winner, with its powerful bass and bell-like singing treble. The tone is both rich and sweet. The performance is excellent. Bravo!
The Hauser I... Wonderful !
Excellent !
Without question, the Hauser III! It is crystal clear that Tavi connected to it the most. His emotion was bursting behind his calm resolve. He should own that very instrument. The well rounded tone and clarity of the instrument is unsurpassed. The rest are wonderful instruments, but they lack the generations of heart, soul, and sheer physical development. Tavi should've finished with the H-III. Well done, both Tavi and Herman Hauser III. Well done!
He plays with such FEEL its incredible.
Stenzel hands down! It tuned up the best and had growling basses and singing trebles.
Layers of untouched tones in those Stenzels.
Thank you.
Hola como estais te deseo lo mejor del mundo que DIOS te vendiga y sigas con tu talento de siempre . Me gusta mucho como tocais la GUITARRA bay , bay con todooo el exito.
Interesting experiment. I like the bright Bourree. Menuet 1and 2 and Courante you can add. Nice playing!
Best version !
Bravissimo.
That hauser 3 is such a fine guitar
H3 all the way. Hauser dynasty can't be beat. And Tavi's such an incredible player.
Even though Spanish guitars generally sound better than German guitars I like hausers more than them
Papa bless.
Das Nichts vape nation
Kyle Cravens yep, Hauser 3 for sure.
Wonderful !!!
Sounds really nice
Very nice🌷
beautiful
OMG. . . . PERFCETO 1000%
Bravo...... Bellísimo. Amazing sounding guitars. I wonder if I could afford one of those?
I too feel the same, must be hand crafted and easily it must be costing around 8000USD to 12000USD.
Herman Hauser I is definitely sounding the best to me. I'd love to hear it in real life.
Tobias Braun have been said to be the most playable comfortable, super sweet action made....I'd sure like to afford to find out!
Hauser III sounds the best.
She is also the oldest.
@@Marcos-zv1pv The Hauser III is from 1986. The two Hauser I's are both older, from 1947 and 1925.
@@TheSilence1 The age of the instrument helps a lot. I have a Tobias Braun of 2017 and in a year the guitar has evolved tremendously. Greetings from Portugal!
@@Marcos-zv1pv Is this only case for spruce?
Muy buen trabajo. Me encantó! felicitaciones.
0:42 - that trill!
Interesting how Mr. Jinariu uses two fingers to trill, I'll try that out :).
@@Olegstuff21986 its actually quite common
@@robdoubletrouble Probably is, I'm just not at the level of this guitarist. Still learning :).
Two lovely brouwer studies for this. Should be 16 and 17.
thank you
Beautiful perfect left hand movement 3:10 what i needed
3'10 ? No movement at this time, it's between 2 parts ?
Goussu Mgoussu bourree it is that piece. It starts playing...
Oh I think I get my misunderstanding. Movement you meant the whole bouréee, not just a prceise move of the hand (false cognate with mouvement in french)
Hauser III FTW!
Tavi Jinariu is the best guitarist in the world
the first guitar is unbelievable!
( i thing Tobias Braun )
Ober!
I have to play on my speakers; on the headphones makes me cry. - Stevo
I just watched a video comparing the savarez carbon strings to the new daddario carbon strings and i was amazed at how much the sound changed, are all these guitars using the same string set and tension. The first guitar sounds like its got daddario ej46 on?
Brian Cullen Hi Brian. I didn't know what strings were used for any of the guitars. I just know that each guitar+string combination requires a different approach and attack in order to bring about the desired musical phrasing. One string does not fit all guitars. Use the strings that best respond to your phrasing.
TaviJinariuGuitarist Thats solid advice, thank you very much Tavi. You have very beautiful phasing in your playing.
I'm currently recording videos with different sets of strings, I'm up to the 7th set. I haven't posted them yet, I figure Ill do them industrial style all processes at once.
Tobias Braun has the best balance overtones and more complex decay with more tonal variations.
Ober and Hauser are my favorites. This artist could make a cardboard cutout sound good though.
Mine are Hauser, Ober, Stenzel.
👋👋👋Браво!!!
Tuyệt vời.
I join the proposal to compare guitars with the same piece of music. As it stands here for me Stenzel followed by Ober...
Very expert guitar playing but what happened to all the ligados, trills, appogiaturas, mordents and acciaccaturas etc.clearly shown in the original tablature?? Perhaps some French inegale too?
Bueno!!
I'd love to know which guitar was the easiest to play. I did like the Hausers best.
what is the guitarist using to prop the guitar up on his (left?) leg ? Does that position allow for a different overall sound/tone production?
Excellent !!! Iwonder how can we find the music sheet...!
I would find it more interesting if we had the input of the guitarist on these guitars. Example, how he feels in the handling of the neck, base, treble and over all balance
Ok, here it is: The 1986 Hauser III is absolutely unforgettable and I have been trying to acquire it ever since I played it for this recording. The other guitars are nice, but the Hauser III is something special. I am sure I am idealizing the sound a bit but, that's what lingers in my mind and ears.
Thank you Sir
Very intersting. I found your sound on the first amazing too.
Y los Minuetos que faltan en la suite...?
what a nice interpretation!! sorry what arrangement is?
The score he uses is largely based on Parkening's, which in turn is near-identical to the Segovia recording of 1952. "Christopher Parkening - Solo Pieces" published by Hal Leonard Co. in 2009.
If you are going to compare guitars it's best to play the same piece on each guitar.
Bill Baker well said
What type of guitar support is that? It looks like the Barnett. I want to go from a foot stool to a support. I would really
Ike to know which one this one is. Thank to anyone that could help me.
Looks like an ergoplay tappert
john southall Thanks! I’ll look into that. Do you use one, are any type of support? I’ve only seen them on UA-cam videos. I bought one, I think it was called a Guitano, or something like that, but I hated it. I still use a foot stool.
Beautiful! tabs or chords somewhere?
Its the player that really matter here!!
Tobias Braun 3>
Tobias Braun spent many years under the tutelage of luthier José Romanillos and for a short while, Tobias Braun worked as José Romanillos' assistant in his 1993 guitar making classes.
To me, Hauser I 1925, the last guitar played at 6:55 is the winner.
it's the original version or did you change anything in the piece? because i can't find sheet music for this :(
+theXtr333m i believe is adapted, lot more bass notes than the version i have
I'd really like to know what strings are used on each one, especially the Hauser III....
Stig of guitar.
parece la interpretación de segovia
Hauser 3
Stenzel resembles a lot a guitar by Ariel Ameijenda.
Hauser III ist gut
I'd like to find the score he uses. I only have the delcamp one, and I find it unsatisfactory
This sounds close to the Karl Scheit Universal edition, although Tavi adds a drop - D tuning.
@@heteroclitus thank you. I will look it up.
Yes, I started to relearn in with the drop D, but the score is then not so helpful. If Tavi could provide the score he uses (if he even uses one) this would be incredible (I mean the source, I'm willing to buy it)
The score he uses is largely based on Parkening's, which in turn is near-identical to the Segovia recording of 1952. "Christopher Parkening - Solo Pieces" published by Hal Leonard Co. in 2009.
@@davinort Thank you, I'll try to find it.
Sory for missing a "T" for Tavi...S.T.
missing a "R" in sorry ? Sorry, totally irrelevant after 5 month !
way to make a french suite sound like a modern spanish one and cut all the counterpoint out
I would prefer a baroque guitar or a theorbe, but okay...
WHY!!! Great playing though!
D-mol пропустил
Not much of a difference, they all sound very similar, great playing by Mr. Tavi Jinariu
his fingers are longer than usual
Went with a French piece to showcase all those German guitars? Very subversive.
Very fine expressive playing, and lovely guitars. However the actual transcription or adaption is anachronistic because it leaves out all the lovely ornaments indicated in the original tablature - the trills, appoggiaturas, mordents. arpeggiations etc. It would be great if Tavi did his own research and transcription /arrangement and re record this suite
The early Hausers were the least attractive. There was some speculation that they housed secret documents during the war but who knows whether these fantastic rumors were true. The 1947 Hauser was getting better, maybe louder like the German howitzer. It could be carried from country to country and retain some of its punch. But the best Hauser was the 1968 model. It has a full belly sound and punch. Nothing like the Spanish Flamenco guitars with the high upper register of sound and a shell that takes a beating. The Spanish guitars always take a considerable percussive beating and I find that reprehensible - like beating your wife. It's a cruel country with these macho displays. The Hauser guitars are showing great progress. The other three have very nice warm tones for modern guitars.
schön weich
Every thing is fine with your playing; just please play away from the bridge - that makes the sound very metallic too much and not my taste. When you play close to the hole your sound becomes mellow and right.
Dude as if he doesn't know that, it's a matter of taste and that's his taste
I wish GSI had gotten someone who knows how to produce a tone and has a decent right hand to make this video.
You're joking right!?
One of the best renditions, undoubtedly. However, this suite performed by Julian Bream sounds much more baroque.
